He was incredibly responsive, always easy to get hold of and kept us updated every step of the way.<br>He invested a huge amount of time in us, was always happy to help and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. 18th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.
11th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

1st Nov 2026 (0 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

I found his approach extremely pushy and demanding, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling supported, I felt pressured throughout the process.<br><br>Communication also left a lot to be desired, and overall I found the service frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much more respectful approach from an estate agent. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with Marc.

3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

My partner and I came to Ash at GrowPortfolio after a previous landlord pulled out of our rental agreement days before move in. Given the urgency of our search, Ash was patient, reassuring and quick to get us in by our previous move date. Not only that, he handled our anxiety in the most kind and polite manner, which really helped humanise the process (where normally it feels very vapid in London).<br><br>If you are considering a property with GrowPortfolio, do it. We can't recommend it enough.<br><br>Thank you again, Ash, for all your time and help!

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Excellent service from Wilkinson & Fox, they have dealt with the sale of my late brother’s house in Kent while I live up here in Argyll. Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

From the very beginning I found Jason to be an honest, trustworthy, and helpful person, who did everything he could to help me sell my property, making sure I understood the landscape and was making prudent decisions, even when this was counter to the business's interests. Very glad to have found them.- 12th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
