27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I rented a property with this agency in 2024, and although I’m writing this review late, people should be aware of my experience. This was one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. The property was full of cockroaches when I moved in (I did not know before I move in). No proper measures were taken to eradicate them. During the tenancy, they agreed that I could move out, but after that they completely stopped answering calls and emails. Then one day, they suddenly sent me an email claiming I had breached the contract and refused to return my deposit. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.
2nd May 2026 (5 mo. ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.
1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Fulad was great when we took up our contract with Braithwait, but I’m afraid property management was severely lacking throughout our tenancy. Many issues were late in being resolved or never resolved at all! Everything was a long discussion and we had to fight to get the help we have a legal right to. And then negotiations to get our deposit were slow and the agent made unsubstantiated claims that we - again! - had to fight. There are improvements to be made to be sure…

Super responsive and have resolved any issues we've had within a few days - special shout out to Dorian who is always willing to drop by and help us out with whatever it is we need. Both our move-in and move out process was great and I would rent with them again if I could. Thank you guys!

1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Extremely unpleasant lady on the phone. I phoned for assistance or guidance because the second leaf of the door in my building wouldn’t unlock for the delivery of a big item. Her tone quickly turned annoyed despite my best attempts to explain the issue, treating me like an idiot who can’t use my fob when the matter I raised had absolutely nothing to do with it.<br>She then grumbled that the office is closing soon (which is a fair point but it isn’t like I had any control on the time of the delivery when it occurred). She ended up telling me to raise a complaint the next morning and hung up without even a goodbye.<br>I appreciate that as the reception/admin person, she cannot provide assistance but it is her unprofessional attitude and rude tone that are simply not acceptable.
18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

He has been incredibly helpful and responsive, as well as being friendly and patient. Again, highly recommend!
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

They have always found good quality tenants and are always there to answer any tricky questions. I love that we have been dealing with the same contacts for over a decade too. They really know their stuff. Most recently they found a buyer for the property and we received over the asking price. All beautifully managed by Jane.

He liaised with me and the seller to move things along and made the whole process of searching and then purchasing as stress free as possible.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. They have a straight forward, commercial and honest approach and were always on hand if we needed anything. The communication was excellent and we were updated throughout the process. They also have excellent knowledge of the local area. Thank you so much Matt for making a stressful time a lot less stressful!!

12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
