23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We worked with this agency during our home purchase process in 2025. Throughout what is already a stressful experience, there were far too many unknowns left unaddressed. More concerning was the consistent gap between what was communicated to us verbally and what ultimately came to fruition. Beyond the factual inconsistencies, the manner in which we were dealt with - both in face-to-face meetings and over email - was dismissive and lacking in constructive communication. We did not feel respected as clients, and the tone used toward us on multiple occasions fell well below the standard of professionalism we would expect from anyone in this industry.

10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.
25th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I can’t praise this estate agency too highly. From the very start the whole team was positive and proactive. They obtained a good price for the sale our property and arranged a large number of high-quality viewings that resulted in sale in a relatively short period of time. Where Callum and his team really delivered was after the sale had been agreed – making sure that nothing derailed the process before exchange. This is where the real value of an estate agent shows – and they were terrific. All estate agents are not the same – and Marsh & Parsons, Queens Park proves it.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price – not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate.
