22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)Liz and Nicola from F&C Rugby provided a first class service throughout the process of selling my late father's house. They were very supportive and always happy to attend the premises, not just for viewings but when I needed to give other trades access (as I live 300 miles away) and in my opinion went above and beyond at every step. F&C were not the cheapest quote we had, but were worth every penny: their marketing was superb and quickly generated a lot of interest in the house (far more than we expected) which led to a good offer. They continued to be in close communication throughout the legal process, gave good advice, and diplomatically negotiated a couple of bumps in the process to ensure everything continued on track. Nothing was too much trouble - even helping to lift a stain out of the carpet which was discovered when the last of the furniture was moved out! As a first time buyer, Dylan was very helpful, he explained everything to me clearly and answered any questions I had. I felt comfortable with him, knowing I can approach him with any questions or hesitations I had. Very easy to get in touch with him via call or email, and always received a response in a timely manner. Dylan always kept me up to date every step, clearly explaining what he was doing and what I needed to do.

24th May 2026 (27 days ago)Mark David were the obvious choice for us when we decided to put our 2yr old house on the market, because we already knew Michael Beard there and he had a huge amount of experience with our property and the new estate. It soon became clear that all the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Our sale took almost 11 months due to some complications and a special thanks you to Michael and Sarah Morris who kept us informed constantly and worked tirelessly chasing solicitors and other estate agents. We can’t thank Mark David enough and recommend them without hesitation.
