7th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Scott Fraser. We attended a scheduled viewing only to find that the agent didn’t turn up. We ended up being shown around the property by the current tenant, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When this was raised, the response and apology from Liberty were minimal and lacked any real accountability. Despite this, we remained serious and submitted an offer. We were clearly told by liberty we would be contacted if there was an opportunity to improve it. That contact never came. Instead, we later found out the landlord had accepted another offer without any communication to us, despite expectations being set. The entire process was poorly handled, disorganised, and lacked even the most basic level of professionalism or courtesy. As someone who has previously worked in estate agency, it’s genuinely surprising to see this level of service still happening. Experiences like this only reinforce the negative stereotypes around the industry. Would not recommend.

When we ran into some system glitches, she quickly found solutions and handled everything manually to keep things moving. Super efficient, friendly, and professional. 5 stars all the way!

It has truly been a pleasure working with them so far, everything has been made easily comprehensible and they have both reassured and supported us within this process.

Clare and James were always on hand if we needed anything or had any questions and replied to any queries quickly. Would definitely recommend using Ted George and would again in the future

Their friendly and approachable manner made what can often be a stressful experience much smoother and more enjoyable. The viewing we had was lovely. Really thorough tour of the property and overview of surrounding area by Saul. Really friendly and easy to talk to, lots of helpful advice about the process and market. 21st Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)We called twice and on each occasion left a message so that the responsible person or team could get in touch regarding a property valuation. On both occasions call-backs were promised but never happened. It seems they can afford to turn away potential clients and business. We will now use other agents.
16th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)We found the branch very organised and helpful. The company has a good communication system that keeps you up-to-date with developments. Once we found a buyer, they seemed eager to get the deal settle regardless of the low offer. This left us wondering why pay a higher commission when any other estate agency would have sold the property too for a much lower asking price. Anyway, we sold the property and it was all trouble free.
1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Graeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!

Navigating rentals is definitely challenging so Julia’s attentiveness and positive attitude was very comforting. 31st Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Time wasters. They don’t include pet restrictions in ads. When we ring to ask about pets, they state “pets will be considered on application”. Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. Excellent communication throughout and assisting communication with solicitors and our buyers, with particular mention to Stuart who we dealt with mostly. Would use again and highly recommend.

4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
