David Murray was fantastic throughout the entire process, his communication was excellent, and he marketed the property at the correct price. Their automated system was great for keeping me updated on viewings, and the team was incredibly professional and helpful right up to completion to ensure everything went through smoothly. I’m very happy with the service from start to finish and have no hesitation in recommending them!

After only 2 weeks on the market we secured a chain with four buyers but had a challenge with the start of the chain. This has taken several months and continual chasing by Paul Wallace to secure a success for all. We have finally moved and grateful thanks to all and highly recommend all at Paul Wallace, Hoddesdon.

Beyond that, she brought a genuinely human approach to what could easily have been an impersonal transaction, taking the time to understand our situation and act with care and consideration. We had an unusual Grade 2 listed building to sell and we had tried several other agents but nobody matched the amount of viewings that Shepherds provided. Therefore we had confidence that they would eventually get us a sale - and they did! A big thank you to Adam and the team, in particular Nathaniel and Ava - always friendly, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Shepherds to give your property the care and attention it needs to get the right people through the door.
