The commutation was great, via phone calls and emails.<br>I want to give my credits to the 3 people that walked this journey with us, Mark, James and Paige, these trios are great team, even when we had challenges during the course of our transaction, we were represented well and presented our case professionally. Guided us through out the journey as a first time buyer.<br><br>Massive thank you Chandlers.

She communicated clearly, took time to explain the details and answered our questions with patience and care. Although our circumstances meant we couldn’t proceed, we greatly appreciated her help throughout. We would happily recommend Beny to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and supportive estate agent.

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Michael Graham have gone above and beyond in helping our family find a new home, and sell our home.<br><br>They sold our house to us originally so we went back to them when we wanted to sell and move.<br><br>Phil, Liz, Pam, Jaqs, Caroline, Daniel - everyone we dealt with at the Hitchin office were very professional, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and always lovely to deal with.<br><br>It’s been a long journey for us trying to sell our house, with the backdrop of a turbulent economy and booming house prices in Hitchin, but they stuck with us, and remained patient, even when we weren’t! We never felt like we were being sold to, and always felt as though the service and advice we were given was personal and specific to us.<br><br>Phil and Liz provided us with a lot of extra market information, beyond what they needed to, in a very consultative way.<br><br>Daniel, Pam and Jaqs were excellent at showing people round our house, always arriving early for the appointments and really taking the time to know all the small facts about the house so they could give the best viewings. Caroline was brilliant at keeping the sale transaction moving along, letting nothing sit still for too long.<br><br>I can’t recommend Phil and his team enough, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I highly recommend Leysbrook estate agents, they did what they said, they looked after me from the first visit to completion on my house sale.The whole team were excellent they kept me updated all along the way, they dealt with any problems that arose professional but friendly making it less stressful for me, I’m so please I went with them

13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I honestly can’t say I would use this company again. I prefer not to leave any reviews that could be perceived as negative if I don’t have anything nice to say.<br><br>The issues I have experienced so far:<br>1. They confirmed a washing machine would be in the property and when I moved in this wasn’t the case, and the letting agency was unaware (has since been resolved)<br>2. I didn’t have all the keys provided to me, the post key (I believe an honest mistake, with 11 keys noted in the inventory I only received 7 pieces, as they retain the rest, issue resolved)<br>3. Issues with access to hot water (engineer sent, has since been resolved)<br>4. Putting on the oven trips out all the plugs in the flat (unresolved and it was reported almost a month ago, was not working from when I received keys from 22 August)<br><br>I appreciate sometimes there requires communication between the landlord and the letting agency to resolve these situations, and independently these scenarios may not be that serious. However, after only signing the tenancy back in August, and living in the property for over a month, there have been way too many issues to be dealing with so early on, which is a concern.<br><br>I wouldn’t recommend this lettings agency based on my experience because I don’t believe they conducted enough checks to make sure the property was readily available to live in. In addition, the repair reporting system has required me to call and chase up repairs that I don’t believe I should’ve been facing so early on. The communication isn’t great when you need an update on the issues you’re facing and you are basically ghosted. Aside from taking time out of my workday to call and chase I’m not sure what else to do.<br><br>There were some good things I can report on like, the quick turnaround to get approved and the tenancy signed, and the welcome pack when I first moved in. But moving is already a very distressing experience, with trying to get things set up quickly and promptly. But having to deal with all these issues in the flat has made the experience worse. I wish I had a more positive experience but so far the bad has outweighed the good.<br><br>At this point I just want a working oven…

Butler Residential were the only estate agents that we felt actually cared about our family’s needs. Extremely professional, flexible approachable and put our family first before any business decision. I will always recommend and only use them going forward. Simply the best estate agents we have ever come across!

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but unfortunately, they couldn’t even arrange any viewings. The ladies at VLS were different from the start. Professional , friendly, communicative, and proactive throughout the process. They managed to secure a buyer for me after just a few viewings! I’m very grateful for their hard work and excellent service.

We not only sold our property with them, but bought our onward property too, and in both cases, the experience was easy, efficient and as smooth as buying a property could be. The thing that stood out though, was the level of communication. We always knew what was going on, and because they used WhatsApp, communication between us and the team was easy and convenient.<br><br>Would highly recommend Wellington Evans. There is clearly a good reason why you'll see their boards everywhere in Hitchin!
26th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My experience with Signature Sales and lettings was excellent, the people are. very friendly and happy to answer any questions we have quickly and clearly! Jenny was especially helpful with all our queries and when showing us around property and extremely kind and easy to talk to, it made viewing properties much less daunting! I would definitely recommend signature sails and lettings to others!!!
