He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

She basically gets things done in an upbeat , friendly and efficient way. There were major challenges when the chain broke down and alternative solutions were needed. Sasha remained positive and didn't give up. The solicitors seemed to respect and listen to her . In short ...this transaction would not have completed without Sashes involvement . Well done Sasha and Country Properties

We know she will be honest to tell us what needs to be done and what’s realistic. She’s always called me with new listings and taken note of what we do/don’t want to help us on our house hunt

5th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)They may be a good estate agent but absolutely useless at maintaining our property which they took over in 2025. Our first and olny issue reported was a simple request to clean gutters to prevent further damage to the block that they manage. Got no response to EMails, they don't pick up the phone & give no commitment to timescales to resolve maintenance issues. They are however very good at collecting their fees every month.
