We were extremely satisfied to have such proactive estate agent managing our first home purchased. Could not recommend Lily and Mayfair enough, the process was streamlined as much as possible with the given circumstances. Thanks again to Lily and the team and Mayfair in Beaminster.

During the final stages of contract exchange and completion, their advice and assistance were invaluable, particularly as I was away from Yeovil at the time, preventing potential delays. They also provided support to my wife in completing necessary documentation. Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.- 3rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Anthony and Christina were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.

With all the stress of selling and buying that we all face, Anita was always there to chat through everyrhing, did all the chasing for us, made things so much easier. We also liked the group chat that Anita set up, we were updated constantly. We would highly recommend Anita and her team. We will be using them again to sell my parents property. The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for.
