Andreas and Jakub did a great job in letting my flat again and found me some great tenants.<br>I’ve been using them for the last few years and the process is seamless. They are super responsive, professional and I always get a reliable service which is much appreciated. I would strongly recommend having Jakub or Andreas as your letting agent!

She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. We’d definitely recommend Shash to anyone looking for an estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have been very impressed with the professionalism of David Webber in the Marsh & Parsons Kensington Office. We had a stringent list of requirements, two bedrooms, close to a major park, (Kensington Gardens that is), and the tricky part- a flat that would allow our small dog. We also wanted a Concierge as we travel quite a bit. Also, add on a lift! David was relentless in searching out a flat for us that met these requirements. Not only did he find one for us, he did it with professionalism, enthusiasm, and to top it off, he is an incredibly nice guy and his genuineness shines through. He was so lovely and easy to get hold of whenever I had a question, which made the whole move so much less stressful. I felt really looked after, and he made everything so easy for me. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!
2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Warning to those who want to rent their flat on their full management package. They charge for twice or three times for any service. For an engineer investigation, they charged me around £200 and their engineer gave me a false reason for my boiler issue. They charged me £85 just for a slat of a bed. These charges are exclusive of their monthly fee. I am completely disappointed.

Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Platon was especially helpful, reliable and someone I felt I could genuinely trust throughout the process. A really positive first experience renting in London
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

Despite how popular the property was, they didn’t turn it into a bidding war and have been supportive and patient throughout the conveyancing process.<br><br>A special thank you to David for keeping the solicitors in check and, more importantly for always being so personable, responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. He really went above and beyond throughout the process.<br><br>A great agent, a wonderful property, and we’re genuinely very pleased to have bought it.

He took the time to understand my requirements, answered my questions clearly, and made every stage of the process from arranging the viewing through to completing the tenancy and moving into the property straightforward and well organised.<br>What impressed me most was his consistent communication and willingness to assist whenever something needed clarification or follow-up.
