29th Nov 2023 (20 weeks ago)Winkworth Notting Hill are an outstanding Agency. They have long serving staff who know the market intimately and are quite simply at the top of their game. I have had a 20 year relationship with Winkworth: - First, as a rental tenant where they showed their class by treating us with utmost care and respect. - Second, as a landlord, where Winkworth handled everything proactively and efficiently. The longest vacancy I had was one week, thanks to the expertise of the Lettings Manager Lucinda Richardson and her team. The Rental Manager, Kylie Wright, was simply amazing over many years. Her and her team handled repairs and improvements on my behalf. Honestly never set a foot wrong and was absolutely reliable. James Paravicini managed accounts efficiently and was always available for queries or extra asks. - Third, when it came time to sell. Charles Erwin helped me with strategy, flat preparation, introduced an oustanding solicitor - Samantha Blakey of Merali Beedle - and guided me through the whole process. We achieved a strong price in a tough market to someone on Winkworth's books, without having to advertise the property. I could not recommend this agency strongly enough. Over 20 years I could not fault them. They have a convenient shop front in the heart of Notting Hill on Westbourne Grove. Do yourself a favour and walk in their to consult with their team about your needs. If only all real estate agencies were as good as Winkworth Notting Hill!

We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for their time and energy in a very tricky situation.

As a renter this is extremely important as the London market is very competitve and moves very quickly. Having someone listen to your needs and put in the effort to meet those needs goes a long way. Jessie was extremely communicative and prompt. I will certaintly be reaching out to her for my next move!

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.

As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.

12th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself. Would definitely recommend!

11th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)I cannot rate the service I received from Northwood highly enough. With logistical difficulties they made the whole process as easy as possible for me. From my initial dealings with Laura on the valuation to the fantastic communication and overall dealings with Ali I cannot speak highly enough about the service I got. So much so that I wanted to thank Ali in person on my final 560 mile journey to clear the house.
