7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Being a landlord means navigating a constantly evolving landscape of new restrictions and compliance requirements but Lucinda and her team at Winkworth NH are always incredibly helpful, generous, and supportive - making the entire process seamless. 26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently contacted Benham & Reeves and was highly impressed by Thuraya. She was incredibly helpful, prompt, and professional in handling my inquiry. 31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Our Asset management company, Audley Property have worked with Carter Jonas successfully over many years and would like to recommend Lajla Turner in the Carter Jonas Kensington office in particular. She is a breath of fresh air – sincere, professional and effective. A rare find in this industry”
1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Fulad was great when we took up our contract with Braithwait, but I’m afraid property management was severely lacking throughout our tenancy. Many issues were late in being resolved or never resolved at all! Everything was a long discussion and we had to fight to get the help we have a legal right to. And then negotiations to get our deposit were slow and the agent made unsubstantiated claims that we - again! - had to fight. There are improvements to be made to be sure…
24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had an absolutely seamless and easy rental experience. As a first time renter in London, my experience with Nathan Andrews Estates was 10/10. Koyer, our agent contact was exceptional in helping us. He was available for calls/messages/queries and always got back within the hour. The agency handled all rental/ referencing documents really well and followed up where necessary. Definitely recommend the agency to anyone looking for houses in London!

24th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)We were so impressed with Radstock and would recommend them to all our friends who are moving.
