He was extremely helpful throughout and went above and beyond when we hit a bump in the road taking it upon himself to sort a mistake my accountant had made. 9th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.
25th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)We relocated from the US and handled the entire letting process with a 7 hour time difference. Chealsie and Charlotte were an amazing team to work with. They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.

24th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

18th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

Eva has always been professional, kind, patient, and approachable. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a variety of suitable properties while always being honest and supportive. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Although I haven’t found the property with them, I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication Eva has given during my search. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and professional estate agent.

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I recently booked the "Waterloo" meeting room at Regus Hanover Square for a professional client meeting, and the experience was deeply disappointing. For the premium price point Regus charges, the basic facilities were completely inadequate.<br><br>The meeting room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot for the duration of our session. This was compounded by the state of the restrooms, which were in an outrageous condition—filthy, with wall frames lying on the floor and generally disgusting. To make matters worse, the WiFi was patchy and unreliable, hindering our ability to work effectively.<br><br>It was embarrassing to have my colleagues complain about the environment I had selected, reflecting poorly on my judgment. Given the high cost of renting this space, I expected a professional, clean, and functional environment. Instead, we received substandard service and facilities. I cannot recommend this location until these fundamental issues regarding cleanliness, climate control, and connectivity are resolved.<br><br>The customer support did nothing and had done nothing since then. Regrettable.

Heartfelt thanks go to Victoria Peters and Laurence Lai for their outstanding professionalism and patient guidance throughout the process of selling my Notting Hill apartment. A friend who has known Laurence for many years first put me in touch with Youhome and from my very first meeting I felt reassured I was in very experienced and knowledgable hands. That impression never wavered. Not only was the marketing of my apartment very professionally done, but throughout the conveyancing process both Laurence and Victoria were extremely helpful, calm, responsive and kind with Victoria always on hand to liaise with the buyer, smoothing the whole process considerably.
