18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

He helped me both with renting out my property and finding a place to rent, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend working with him and ,of course, Winkworth. he is reliable, helpful, and will leave you with an excellent experience.

1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Fulad was great when we took up our contract with Braithwait, but I’m afraid property management was severely lacking throughout our tenancy. Many issues were late in being resolved or never resolved at all! Everything was a long discussion and we had to fight to get the help we have a legal right to. And then negotiations to get our deposit were slow and the agent made unsubstantiated claims that we - again! - had to fight. There are improvements to be made to be sure…

They are professional, very efficient and have been there for me from the beginning of renting my previous flat right to the end. Vanessa has dealt with all my issues, always positive and caring, and I highly recommend Tates for anybody looking to rent or buy property.

24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!

29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)We have worked with Martin Clements of Clements Habba for most of 2026 and have just successfully completed the sale of our flat in Richmond. A personal recommendation from a neighbour led us to Martin and we were impressed from the outset by his manner and by the thoughtful approach he suggested for marketing our home.<br><br>Martin was always contactable, and given the small size of the company, we dealt directly with him for every aspect of the sale. This provided confidence and continuity as Martin both sought out and freely provided information and updates during the process, especially after we accepted an offer and started conveyancing.<br><br>I would have no reservations at all in recommending Clements Habba to anyone looking to sell or buy homes in West London. Martin’s professional manner, attention to detail and drive to complete made things easier for us during what was sometimes a stressful process. I’ll end our review with my wife’s opinion. Past dealings with estate agents had left her sceptical but in Martin’s case she has nothing but good things to say the man!!
