As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and requested multiple viewings, and she was always happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Rather than encouraging bidding wars or unnecessary competition, she represented both the buyer and seller professionally, helping to ensure that a fair price was agreed for everyone involved. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. William Richardson delivered an exceptional level of service from start to finish. After my tenant only remained in the property for five months, William managed to re-let my property within just one day and at a higher rental figure. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
