Kevin was always quick to respond and it only took a day between presenting an offer to an outcome. Even though we did not go with the apartment in the end I would absolutely work with Kevin again!
6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)From the outset I was confident Faith could deliver a sale for us and it was clear she really knew the market and had a vested interest to succeed, being a franchise, etc... I instantly felt we had a good connection and a similar approach to things and you stood head and shoulders above the other estate agents that came round. Lilly was also very communicative and helpful throughout the sale process. When I told a friend, who has worked in residential property for 40 years, that I'd used Faith at Parsons Green Winkworth, he simply replied, "She's the best agent in London. Good choice." I'd highly recommend the team.
14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I have been extremely disappointed with the service I received from Chestertons Fulham Lettings.<br><br>The most serious issue occurred when the tenant welcome pack served at the start of the tenancy contained documentation for an entirely different property belonging to another landlord client. This was a significant administrative error and raised serious concerns about Chestertons’ document handling procedures and data protection standards. As a landlord, I expect confidential information to be handled with the utmost care, and this mistake severely undermined my confidence in the agency’s professionalism.<br><br>The problems did not end there. When the tenancy was renewed in 2024, Chestertons served the tenants with an expired Gas Safety Certificate as part of the tenancy documentation instead of a valid certificate which was present. This error later had significant consequences. When a Section 21 notice was served in April 2026, it was found to be invalid, resulting in unnecessary delays, additional legal costs, and considerable stress.<br><br>Towards the end of the tenancy, the tenants also began paying their rent late. I was disappointed by the lack of urgency and proactive support from Chestertons in dealing with the situation. I felt that my interests as a landlord were not being protected, and communication often lacked the sense of ownership and accountability I expected from a professional managing agent.<br><br>As a landlord, I rely on my letting agent to ensure legal compliance, accurate documentation, and competent tenancy management. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations. The administrative mistakes, concerns regarding confidential documentation, failure to provide compliant tenancy paperwork, and the impact these errors had on the possession process have left me with little confidence in the service provided.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Chestertons Fulham Lettings to other landlords.

She was responsive, transparent and easy to work with throughout the viewings, negotiations and conveyancing process.<br><br>Although the purchase did not proceed due to issues identified during due diligence, Chloe made a considerable effort to keep the transaction moving and regularly followed up with all parties.<br><br>Her communication and support made a difficult process much easier to manage. I would be happy to recommend her to both buyers and sellers.

He kept us informed throughout and managed the viewings with our tenants with care, which is not always easy.<br><br>KFH's tenacity was outstanding and they were always available for questions we had throughout the process. From the outset, Sarah was incredibly attentive to what I was looking for in a rental property and her communication was always swift, clear and thorough.<br><br>Once I found the property I was looking for, Sarah walked me through the entire process step by step and her consistent clarity meant nothing felt opaque or too complex. She always kept me informed and was very willing to answer questions.<br><br>I’m very excited to get settled into my new rental and, thanks to Sarah, the journey here has been hassle-free. I cannot recommend her enough and I’m grateful for her assistance.

Communication was lacking, and issues with the property were handled poorly and slowly. I felt unsupported as a tenant, and it was a frustrating experience overall.
24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.<br><br>I paid £50,000 in deposit and first month’s rent after being told the tenancy was proceeding. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the tenancy was no longer going ahead and that my money would be refunded.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward refund turned into months of chasing, broken promises and constant delays. I was repeatedly assured that payment was imminent, but the money did not arrive. The situation became so serious that I had to involve the police before any meaningful progress was made.<br><br>Only after police involvement was part of my money returned. Even now, I am still waiting for more than £4,000 that should have been refunded long ago.<br><br>During this process, the CEO personally contacted me and asked me to remove my negative reviews, promising that my refund would be completed if I did. I removed the reviews in good faith because I simply wanted my money back. Despite that, I am still chasing the outstanding balance.<br><br>No customer should have to involve the police, negotiate with a CEO, remove honest reviews, and spend months chasing their own money after a tenancy falls through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, and I would urge anyone considering handing over large sums of money to carry out thorough due diligence before doing so.
