3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Jakub Lasia was my dedicated agent at Barnard Marcus, and honestly, 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service he gave me.<br><br>Moving to London from wales was already a really stressful experience, but Jakub went above and beyond from beginning to end. I actually initially missed out on the flat I wanted because another offer went ahead, and I thought that was the end of it. Jakub didn’t just move on to the next client, he remembered me, kept following up, and when the original offer didn’t go through, he made sure I had the opportunity to secure the flat. I’m now moving into what genuinely feels like my dream home, and I really don’t think I would have got it without his persistence and dedication.<br><br>What stood out most was the personal touch. At no point did I feel like I was just another name or another client. He remembered the little details, checked in with me more than once without me having to chase him, patiently answered my endless questions, and made sure I understood every stage of the process. He genuinely made me feel like finding the right home for me mattered to him too.<br><br>Having dealt with quite a few agents during my search, the difference was honestly huge. Jakub was consistently warm, positive, reassuring and incredibly hospitable. Even when things were stressful, speaking to him immediately made the whole situation feel much more manageable.<br><br>That same warmth carried through to the rest of the branch as well. When I went on to discuss my offer, the manager was equally welcoming and friendly, and I left the discussion feeling completely at ease with the agency and my decision.<br><br>Just an all-round brilliant experience. Professional without ever feeling impersonal, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely kind throughout. Jakub is an absolute credit to Barnard Marcus and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you for helping me find my home!

They always got back to me and provided clear and straightforward advice. I always felt I was in safe hands. In the end, the house sale went through in 9 weeks.
10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I had Aaron Jooste as my agent when looking for my property, and I have to say, what a great experience. Looking for properties in London can be so stressful, but with an agent like Aaron, it couldn’t have been easier. After a quick chat with him about what I was looking for, he got back to me with a few options in my price range, that were exactly what I was looking for. The hardest part about the process was picking which place I liked best. Every viewing I showed up to (even when I arrived early), Aaron was ready and waiting to show me my next potential home, with the knowledge and professionalism needed to handle such a big life commitment. Ask for Aaron when looking for your next home, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Aaron, and Churchill & Mathersons Estate. Very pleased!
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with this agency. The staff are unprofessional, overstep boundaries, and still fail to provide even a basic level of service. Communication is poor, the attitude towards clients leaves a lot to be desired, and the overall organisation is terrible. After this experience, I would definitely not use them again. I do not recommend this agency.
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

They were always easy to reach, responsive and efficient, particularly when it came to communicating with third parties.<br><br>Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We really appreciated their support throughout the process and would definitely use Doyle again if we decide to let, buy or sell another property in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

Their market knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail stood out from the very beginning. They managed the sale efficiently, kept me informed throughout, and demonstrated genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for me. A trustworthy and capable team I would confidently recommend.
5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

From the first time they came to visit the property, to their amazing advice on pricing and marketing, the organisation of the viewings and their selection of buyers, the experience has been fantastic. They managed to sell the property very quickly in the best condition possible. I highly recommend them!

He has constantly kept me up to date with what is happening and liaised with all parties on both sides through out the process . Even though I lost my first buyer due to their buyer pulling out. Jakub continued to be the top person in all communication. Jakub is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in accessible terms, He lead my through every step of the way. I am so pleased I went with Jakub, he was with me throughout the journey of selling and so charming to communicate with at all times, even when it was bad news. Jakub sold both my neighbours flats at the same time and work relentlessly to achieve the best outcome for everyone. I highly recommend Jakub and Saba way of working with clients. The Hank you so much for everything. I will always recommend your team. I cannot thank you enough.

Ellie spent a lot of viewings with me and listened to our must haves and picked up the apsects of homes we liked and didn't like which lead her to finding us the place that ticked all the boxes. It was a flat that I previously dismissed on Rightmove - which proves having the right agent and seeing the property makes a world of difference. As new buyers, and for me being from NZ too - this process is so different but Ellie was patient with us and supported us throughout. He was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always willing to help. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and customer service have been first-class. Communication's always been excellent. Quick responses, clear answers, and nothing's ever too much trouble. It's rare to find a letting agency that truly puts customer care at the heart of what they do, but they do. Highly recommended, a fantastic team.

Very impressed with Dyaun Harvey who progressed the sale and provided excellent guidance and communication throughout the entire process.
