Years of experience, incredibly helpful and friendly staff not to mention the best properties on their books! More care and attention from a smaller family run business rather than a larger corporate estate agent. It is clear they have many years of local knowledge. Ray not only helped with the sale of our house but with the purchasing of our new home in a different area of the country. He went beyond what was expected at the end of process to make it happen for everyone in the chain. Even though we are no longer in the area, Ray would be the first person that I would call for advise if ever to buy again.

He was attentive, easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to make adjustments to the apartment and ensure everything was sorted properly before we moved in. 24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.

1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)My agent, Jakub, earned my confidence early in our working relationship by telling my what first time buyers were looking for in a property and being honest with me and telling me my property was not an ideal fit. Instead, I should be aiming for a cash buyer who would in all likelihood refurbish the property throughout. Sure, enough the eventual buyer was a small property company. Jakub acted as an intermediary between myself and the buyer assuring me that the protracted conveyancing process was out both our hands. This was especially important when at times I felt like throwing in the towel. Overall, a fantastic job by Jakub in selecting my target audience and helping me through those down days during the conveyancing process.

Although we ultimately did not secure a tenant, Michael consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to provide straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily in his own commercial interest. Michael took the time to review applicant information, discuss concerns in detail, and provide honest feedback rather than simply encouraging me to accept unsuitable tenants. I always felt that he was looking at the bigger picture and helping me make informed decisions. When another agency refused to return my property keys, Go View stepped in and collected them on my behalf, despite having no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Michael was always approachable, responsive, and willing to make time for a phone call when I needed guidance. His honesty and practical advice gave me confidence throughout what was often a challenging process. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Go View to other landlords and would certainly consider them again in the future, including when the time comes to sell my property. Thank you again to Michael and the team for all of your help.
