He kept us updated at every stage and really helped to smooth over the back-and-forth on a few contract points with the seller's side. He was always quick to respond and clearly worked to keep things moving forward, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

Caroline, Paul and the team in Askew Road have an exceptional skill for bringing the right buyer and seller together, negotiating deals which leave all parties happy. They are warm, personable and exceedingly professional all at once. And they manage everyone’s expectations realistically and pragmatically, to be sure no one is left disappointed. I’m delighted with the service they provide and will continue to turn to them for their magic combination of skill, care and expertise.

The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. She would reply to emails quickly, give follow up calls and even took me to the viewings with the Foxtons car to make sure I wouldn’t miss out and make the most of our available time. She has such good energy and absolutely love her professionalism but relaxed approach at the same time. The team at Ealing is really lucky to have her! Thank you Abbi once again :)
