From the outset, Kareena was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and requested multiple viewings, and she was always happy to help, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was her balanced and fair approach. Rather than encouraging bidding wars or unnecessary competition, she represented both the buyer and seller professionally, helping to ensure that a fair price was agreed for everyone involved. Kareena also demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the legal and conveyancing process. She stayed on top of key milestones, proactively chased both sets of solicitors when needed, and regularly kept all parties updated. Her communication and coordination helped keep the transaction moving and gave me confidence throughout what can often be a stressful process. Above all, Kareena was consistently kind, approachable, and professional. I genuinely felt supported from offer acceptance through to completion, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and Fletchers to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

Particular thank you to Hulya who was a star from start to finish and who navigated the process very well on our behalf, always keeping us updated, providing detailed and timely feedback. We always felt in safe hands with her and would recommend her to anyone. Also thanks to Anais for an efficient onboarding and Lorraine for all the help in closing the deal / getting it over the line.

The care, professionalism and understanding they brought to my move was genuinely outstanding, Shoutout to Pio too who was brilliant supporting in the final stages and I can without doubt note that every single person I dealt with from Mihomes went above and beyond in every sense.
