We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. The process to rent was very simple and she was the most helpful and professional. Since we come from letting our last flat with an agency that treated us horrible, we are so glad to have RSK now and feel taken care of and valued. We are looking forward to a nice journey together.

Elliot Rainbow has sold properties for me during this time and always looked after my portfolio. He offer a Hand off experience so we are always rested with no worries! Just let our flats in Manderin Oriental residences and no other agent has yet to let any in there! Thanks EBI
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

5th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Having met with 3 agents which covered the Poets Corner area to sell our house, it was clear that Aston Rowe were a step up from the others. Harry (and team) have an excellent understanding of the market - with good knowledge of every house/flat in the area. Harry is also very well connected within the W3 community. I have experience of agents tapping out once the sale was in solicitors hands, but Aston Rowe kept pressure on the solicitors for a swift exchange. This is the second property they have sold for us in Poets Corner and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

One person in particular went above and beyond in many ways to help my partner and I land our dream flat. We owe Nicola a massive thank you. She cared to REALLY understand what we needed, communicated and negotiated on our behalf and made herself available on WhatsApp even in her own time, late in the evening. We have worked with many estate agents and Nicola is head and shoulders above each of them; persisting to leave both tenants and landlords heard and happy. Nicola is a credit to Foxtons and is what an estate agent should be.

After care was not good but London market is a bit poor for tenants on the whole so it's doable- 22nd Mar 2024 (28 days ago)I would just like to express my appreciation around Juliano's work identifying and securing a short term let for my family and I. I know short term lets are hard to come by in this area and are traditionally expensive. However, Juliano has secured a competitively priced flat in our desired location at Luminosity Court, West Ealing. Juliano's commitment and clear communication in the process has been hugely appreciated and has made the transaction seamless and with minimal stress. Thank you, Juliano!
