Very happy dealing with Daniela Gomes. She was extremely professional and even though I only conversed with Daniela on the telephone, felt her smile through the phone. The one attribute about Daniela which impressed me was that she was such a good communicator.

Absolutely horrible experience. That was the first time my friends and I were trying to rent a flat in London and I'm already scared of going through the process next time in the future. Our agent, Reiss Stewart, wasn't responsive and even if he managed to reply he was vague and not helpful. Various agency employees were providing us with different information about the referencing process, which in the end led to an enormous misunderstanding that had to be fixed by us with no help from the agency. Our agent lied to me on several occasions, promising things and later on denying that he said anything like that, even though I had emails to prove it. The agency is only focused on money and cares very little about their customers' comfort. 2 days before we were due to move I received a phone call that the boiler in my flat was broken and they are not able to get it fixed before our move-in date. No solution was provided, even though the agency employees were aware of the fact that I had no other option but to move in on the day we agreed upon. We had to count our move-in monies ourselves as the breakdown provided by our agent was incorrect. He promised that the flat will be professionally cleaned before we move in but instead, we got it in a terrible condition, filthy and disgusting, floors were covered with a thick layer of dust left after the refurbishment. He also promised to get me a mirror to the bathroom that I never received. At the beginning, he seemed to be a nice guy, but it turned out that he's nice as long as you pay what they tell you to pay and don't ask any questions. Renting a flat with Ludlow Thompson was extremely stressful experience, that ruined a significant part of my summer. Agency lies to their customers, provides them with false information and tries to take advantage of student customers who lack experience on the property market. On several occasions, if it wasn't for us counting every penny we would have paid much more than we were supposed to pay, as our agent provided us with incorrect breakdowns. Overall, a horrible experience, I can't recommend Ludlow Thompson to anyone as their agents are unfamiliar with their field of expertise, unprofessional, unfriendly and, above all, extremely greedy.
