This is something that I never expected to write in a review for an estate agent and probably something I may never have the pleasure of writing again lol. Jakub was the one who helped us get a flat. He has honestly been nothing short of a godsend.

Communication was always clear and consistent, which made everything really smooth from start to finish. Very grateful for all her support. If you are looking to rent through Greenstone, you’ll be in very good hands!

Akbar was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was always responsive to our questions. He was readily available, even over weekends when needed. He guided us through each step clearly and ensured everything progressed smoothly. The handover and move in process was seamless, and all the necessary formalities were handled efficiently. We really appreciated his professionalism, reliability, and support, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in finding a property.

From my very first viewing right through to completion, Darren was incredibly responsive - I could message him with a question at almost any hour and he'd get back to me quickly with a clear, honest answer. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout what can normally be quite a stressful process, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. If you're buying, selling or letting property, ask for Darren -- he'll take great care of you.

Whenever I had any questions, concerns or maintenance issues during my tenancy, the team responded very quickly and made sure everything was dealt with promptly. I really appreciated that I never had to keep chasing them — they were always responsive and helpful.<br><br>Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite and approachable, which made the whole renting experience much easier and less stressful. It was clear that they genuinely cared about resolving any issues and making sure everything was running smoothly.<br><br>They also use the Goodlord platform, which made the tenancy process, documents and payments straightforward and well organised. At the end of my tenancy, the checkout and deposit return process was also handled without any problems.<br><br>Overall, I was very happy renting through this company. The team were professional, reliable and pleasant to deal with throughout my tenancy. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience so positive. I would happily rent through them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency

She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole purchasing process and played such a big part in helping us secure our dream property.<br><br>Helen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and was on hand to give really insightful advice throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier!<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful that Helen played a part in helping us get there!

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.

1st Sep 2026 (17 days ago)After a valuation of our flat I was very impressed by the sales presentation prepared for us by Martyn Gerrard so we decided to go with them as our sales agent.<br><br>Both Sofia and Chris were very proactive in marketing our property. They managed to arrange the viewings carefully around my work schedule. They were extremely professional, respectful and easy to communicate with.<br><br>I would highly recommend them!
