He was incredibly helpful and honest during the offer process, and then continued to be very responsive and flexible with helping us with the move in. I’ve dealt with other estate agents in the past who would be 20min late to viewings, or set you on a bidding war with others who had placed an offer, for example. In contrast, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism we experienced here. We’re loving our flat so far and would definitely recommend Knight Frank.

Raniya and Zachary were incredibly responsive throughout the process and were always helpful, reassuring, and professional whenever any issues arose. They made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
27th May 2026 (24 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

9th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Owners should avoid using Westways. As a renter, Westways are the agents to represent landlords. We are renting a place through Westways, where there have been persistent issues. In addressing these issues, Westways persistently show a lack of care and professionalism when addressing these matters. A key issue being, ignoring most matters being raised, taking an extended time to respond to any matters raised and primarily will be an acknowledgement over any possible action, looking to first blame the tenant prior to assessing any issues, sending inadequate contractors to assess issues with a house, and using incorrect contractors to fix issues which ultimately lead to additional issues. Whilst in some instances the house may inherently present issues, the lack of care and professionalism is evident. The comedy of issues we have faced have led to inadequate living conditions we are paying rent for. Additionally, by using their 'own' contractors and not appropriate contractors, issues persist and it leads to a more costly issue for owners. I am not a professional but what I do know is, if you have an issue with plumbing, send a plumber. If the same person who addressed an electricity matter is also tending to a plumbing issue, how can they do a better job than a plumber?

She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lydia was always kind, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout every step of the process. She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. Throughout my entire search journey, he was incredibly proactive, quick to respond, and remarkably supportive. He even responded to any questions I have on off-days. His professionalism and proactivity made the whole process much smoother. Highly recommended! Zaylin’s ability to streamline the process and handle every detail with such efficiency took all the stress out of finding a property. If you are looking for an agent who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and dedicated to his clients, I cannot recommend him enough!!!
