2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Joel, Paula and the team are absolutely lovely. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and, more importantly, about the people they’re dealing with. Buying or selling a home is such a big thing, and they really understand that. They take the time to listen, pay attention to the little details and make sure you feel looked after every step of the way. It’s the little things they do that make such a difference and put you at ease. You never feel like just another customer. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. A proper lovely team who go above and beyond.

23rd Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)My estate agent ghosted me!<br><br>I listed my two-bed flat for sale with Melissa Berry in May. It was my first time selling a property, and thankfully Melissa seemed helpful and friendly at the valuation, although she did seem to take my lead on pricing the property rather than guiding me towards a price that she thought would be a best fit. A couple of weeks later she came to take photos – and that was, sadly, the last I saw or heard of her.<br><br>The property had been on the market for a couple of weeks when I emailed to check in, and asked whether there’d been any interest. I did get a reply from a sales agent called Geraldine, saying that someone was interested in viewing the property but wouldn’t be able to visit for a couple of weeks; I replied straight away with my availability and asked what sort of time the viewing would go ahead. No response.<br><br>A week later, I emailed again to ask if the viewing was going ahead. Again, I was ignored. I tried calling, and left messages. Finally, after waiting another week, I emailed one last time to say that I was going to list the flat with another agent and asking Melissa/Geraldine to remove it from their listings. I expected a reply to that, at least – but instead they quietly took the property off their website, again without replying to my email.<br><br>I wasted over a month trying to work with Melissa Berry, only to be completely ghosted and treated as though I didn’t exist. Whether it was something I said or the business has just taken on more clients than it can handle, I recommend avoiding them unless you enjoy the silent treatment: there are plenty of other agencies out there.

I shouldn't have worried.<br>On both occasions he has been friendly, efficient and very professional.<br>I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)David Davies successfully sold my house within 3 weeks! Ben came and valued, agreed next steps, took fantastic photos, including with a drone. When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

Always helpful, professional, quick to respond and nothing was ever too much trouble. She really helped make the whole process run smoothly.<br>A special mention also to Alan Adams, who showed us around the property. What a fantastic person! So friendly, funny and accommodating, and absolutely brilliant with my 6-year-old son. He made the viewings such an enjoyable experience and couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>The whole team have been fantastic throughout. Communication has been excellent, everyone has been approachable and responsive, and they really did everything they could to ensure a smooth sale.<br>Just 18 weeks from our very first viewing to picking up the keys! Absolutely brilliant!<br>A genuinely lovely team of people who are fantastic at what they do. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains. Thank you all so much! ?????

I’ve got to say, you never made me feel like I was asking too much or like I was being a nuisance and as someone who massively over thinks and stresses this was such a relief to me. Everyone I encountered was lovely but I’ve got to highlight Linda as she was always so patient and lovely, such a calming presence and genuinely lovely person. My buying journey wasn’t straight forward in the slightest but knowing I could give you all a ring and check on how things were going was a god send, so thanks so much. You’re all genuinely lovely people.

Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

They were efficient in allowing the survey to book in & even sorted out getting a wasps nest sorted within 24 hours.
