Would definitely recommend them.

10th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!
21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We originally chose Melissa for our sale because she sold the house to us when we bought it 5 years ago, and we had such a positive experience as buyers that we felt confident she would do a great job for us as sellers too. Her valuation came in around £25k higher than two other local agents but this didn't feel like an enlarged number just to secure our business, we felt that she really understood the value of the property and this was proven correct as we agreed (and completed on) on a value that was £17k above that. It made it very clear to us that other local agents are pricing aggressively to get quick sales rather than the best value for their clients. Thankfully, Melissa was also the agent on the property we purchased and it just made for a very easy transaction. A huge thank you as well to Geraldine, who was brilliant throughout and handled the viewings (I think about 16+ in one day) perfectly. We’re incredibly grateful for all the effort from both Melissa and her team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The owners and staff are genuinely approachable, respectful, and committed to providing an excellent service to their clients. Communication is always clear, and they maintain high standards in everything they do. It’s refreshing to work alongside a business that values both its customers and the people they work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!

From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

Olivia came to value the property and gave an honest and realistic potential value. Coral handled the details around sale of my property and couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Kay Collins.
8th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I wouldn't call it a positive experience. There was an apartment we wanted to rent, so we requested a viewing appointment. The agent arrived and let us into the apartment, but when we asked for details, she couldn't answer any of our questions. There was no proper tour or explanation of the property. It was obvious that she could hardly wait to leave. There was no professionalism at all. The whole experience felt awkward, and she wasn't helpful in the slightest. We told her what kind of property we were looking for and asked her to take down our details and contact us if any other rental apartments became available. She didn't seem interested at all—she just wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. No one has contacted us since then. I wouldn't call her a real estate agent. It was a terrible experience.

The only advertising we were aware of was through Rightmove. Yes this review may be tinged with bias as we didn’t sell the property but that is our experience .
