17th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Hunter Estates in Westminster offers a first class, personal service which is almost impossible to find now among the main stream estate agents. The knowledge and expertise is remarkable. I would highly recommend Edna and her team. We rented a beautiful flat and any help we needed was offered immediately and with great professionalism. A wonderful experience!

23rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated his support and would highly recommend both Ibrahim and the estate agency to anyone looking for excellent service.

31st Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I have been a client of Bonsors for some years now for both valuation rent assessment and sales. Almalgamation with SHW has not currently changed that. Tom Batey was this time guiding us through the often painfull and stressfull process of selling. He was excellent and as usuall it was not a staightforward event mainly due to incompetent legal representation. Nevertheless we made it eventually I think due to Mr Bateys own professional experience and advice to both sides involved. Thank you

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Since listing our property in December, we have not had a single viewing in over six months, which raises serious concerns about the level of effort and marketing undertaken. We also requested reasonable support to explore separating the parking space from the apartment sale, in order to align pricing more closely with comparable properties (similar flats without parking are being treated the same by buyers). Despite this, and despite the contract indicating solicitor support, the request was refused. Overall, the service provided has been extremely limited - essentially a few photographs and an online listing - yet the full fee is still being retained.
