Despite a very stressful and uncertain situation due to delays on the seller’s side, Jordan has been brilliant from start to finish. As my mortgage adviser, he went above and beyond his role to help coordinate communication across different parties. Due to some communication challenges with another branch, he kindly stepped in and helped keep everything on track, which I really appreciated. He also worked closely with my lender to ensure everything was aligned, which gave me a lot of reassurance. He has been assisting communication between myself, my solicitor, and the seller’s side, always responding promptly and clearly. I really value that he never over-promised, but gave honest and realistic updates, which made a big difference during such an anxious time. While waiting for contract exchange and managing my moving arrangements, Jordan was patient, reassuring, and professional throughout. His calm approach helped me stay grounded. No matter the final outcome, I truly appreciate all his effort. He is reliable, proactive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him.

6th May 2026 (7 days ago)Northwood Letting have been great when I recently went through a change of occupancy at the flat I rent in Bristol. Any communications I’ve had with the staff at the branch has been excellent (special mention to Anne and Matthew) for answering my queries efficiently and promptly. They’ve made what was a stressful process, incredibly smooth! I would happily recommend the Northwood branch to anyone.

27th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I had a disappointing experience with Hunters. The photography fee was explained upfront, but I think this should be highlighted more clearly to new sellers—especially as many other agents include this for free while charging a similar fixed fee. The photos themselves were quite dark and not as strong as other listings. After my initial sale fell through, the property was re-listed quickly, but communication throughout was poor. I was almost always the one chasing updates, calls were rarely answered, and I often had to leave messages for a callback from someone who wasn’t even handling my property. The flat then sat on the market for over two months without a single viewing. When I did manage to speak to the agent, they didn’t seem to have any clear explanation as to why this was the case or offer any real suggestions to improve interest—despite other similar flats nearby selling. The exit process summed up the experience. Although I was emailed about the 14-day notice, a simple courtesy call the day before would have gone a long way to reiterate this and acknowledge that the property hadn’t sold. Instead, I had to call on the final day myself to arrange getting my keys back, only to find the listing had already ended. I also wasn’t told my agent was on leave. Overall, a lack of proactive communication made this a frustrating experience. Update: They’ve handed over the wrong keys to the new Estate Agent, causing me to take time out of work to meet at my own property so my spare keys could be used. Not good enough, and not at all professional. The entire process was straightforward and well-managed, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and hassle-free. Shahob was fantastic at keeping us informed and pro-actively followed up each aspect of the process. Communication was excellent throughout — we were kept fully informed at every stage. The team was responsive, professional, and always available to answer any questions. What really stood out was the speed of the transaction. The turnaround to exchange was impressively quick, and this was handled efficiently without compromising on attention to detail. Our interactions with the rest of the team were friendly and professional and to the same standard we had come to expect from Shahob. I highly recommend using this Estate Agent!

Bradley was my point of contact throughout and he was brilliant. Replies to emails were always prompt. I also felt 'they had my back' and gave honest advice when I asked for it. Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

It was a real eye opener. She was knowledgeable and professional. But more than that she had the gift of effective communication. Her levels of Emotional Quotient must be very high. The balance of listening and talking was excellent. She appeared to know very quickly what our needs were both practically and psychologically. Talents she could use in many situations. So much so that they even kept us up to date with the situation of the house that we were purchasing, as the other agents were horrendous.
