16th Nov 2024 (20 days ago)I am really glad I chose Cooper and Tanner. They are incredibly supportive and always there when I needed them. Their patience with my wobbles and my questions was amazing! The sale price was well below the valuation which was disappointing. This may have been partly due to the market difficulties at this time but I feel that possibly they did not pick up just how big a problem not having an upstairs bathroom would be. However other estate agents who valued the property did not seem to pick this up either. In all other areas I absolutely cannot fault them.

The people I had contact with were Lucy and Paige. They answered my queries quickly and efficiently. They were really kind too. I would certainly recommend them to anyone selling a property.

We havent rented through them before but its been such a positive experience so far - Got through to Charlotte G and from booking the viewing, to handling all paperwork and enquiries thereafter, she's made the whole thing super smooth and easy. Nice fast replies, all questions answered, really lovely attitude. We feel like we're in good hands and it's taken all the stress out of it. Thanks :)

The property has needed refurbishment throughout and without the agent’s help we would have struggled to find and organise tradespeople to complete the works needed to the high standards required in a timely manner as we are located at the other end of the country. D W Smith & Company have provided a stress free, seamless service for us and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

As first time buyers we had possibly more questions than experienced buyers but Helen Duthie was great and managed to answer all our queries. We hope we will stay here for years to come, and when it comes to sell, I hope we can deal with Helen and Westcoast Properties in Patchway again!

Pascha is the reason we put an offer in in the first place as she brought a down to earth and realistic picture, which is something we noticed with all Hunters' agents and was refreshing. If you are looking for truthful answers and expectations when you are asking questions instead of a load of spin: work with Hunters.

During the yearly house inspections he has always been friendly and approachable and arranging times to visit that fit in with us. He has helped us tremendously when moving out, and we all know how stressful moving is! He returns calls promptly and generally gives you a feeling that he really cares about your current situation . I have dealt with many estate agents in Bristol over the last 10 years and this is 100% the best service. Thank you so much … highly recommend ????

I dealt with Anna Bateman - she was amazing, quick to feedback and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of securing our first home. She has continued to stay in touch and support when needed since we moved in, and in my opinion if she hasn't had one already she deserves a pay-rise! :P Will be using Holbrook Moran anytime I move in the future.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Hollie was my contact and provided excellent support through the buying process and acting as a go-between with the sellers. Professional, helpful, and timely communications throughout. I would easily consider them should I ever sell my house.
2nd Sep 2024 (14 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

Gino, Lisa and Connor were super responsive and communicative, and I felt supported as a buyer from my first viewing to completion. I wish all estate agents were as good. I will definitely calling Gino if and when I ever want to sell!

The welcome pack I received when I moved in was unexpected but a really pleasant surprise, the move in and out was an uncomplicated process and would definitely use Romans in Swindon again if I ever move back there, I highly recommend them.
