Cameron who initially showed us the property was great and the viewing experience probably contributed to how we like the house.<br>Julie who progressed our sale was very helpful throughout we weekly/ twice weekly calls to keep us up to date with what was happening and pushing the ever slow solicitors.

10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Michael showed me and my partner round a property today, within 3 hours of showing us the house he had answered all outstanding questions, obtained our offer and had the offer accepted by the seller. As a first time buyer I was quite unsure of how the process all worked but Michael spent the time with patience and honesty talking me through every detail. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He was friendly, professional, knowledgable and really cares about what he does.

From the very beginning, he was so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Buying a house can be quite stressful and overwhelming at times, but Tyler always made me feel reassured and supported throughout the process.<br><br>She was always happy to answer my questions, kept me updated and went out of his way to help whenever I needed it. I really felt that he cared about helping me get into my new home, rather than it just being a job to him.<br><br>I’m really grateful for everything Tyler did to help make the whole experience smoother and less stressful. 21st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the time i have entrusted the sale of my property to Taylors Fishponds I have been very impressed by the personal and professional service that i have been given.<br>Everyone in the office has been so helpful and generous with their time as I am not computer literate and never bought or sold in 55 years!<br>I would especially like to thank Archie for his very professional attention towards me and has made a very difficult job much easier.<br>Archies personality shines through every time i ask for any assistance and nothing is too much to ask.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Hello everyone,l was tenant of your in Redland. l called your office around 3 o’clock today this afternoon. Gentlemen called Dan answered the call. I use to deal with Mandy last year the property manager she was very very good and professional. I had a problem with British Gas regarding the meter reading when l moved out of one your property last year. I understand that when you move to a property you get a reading for electricity or a photo of the meter. Anyway l asked Dan to check if you have a reading in the system since I moved out and someone else moved in. It’s a part of the inventory. Dan wasn’t willing to do anything! Every time l tried to explain to him what l need and all what he keep saying isn’t our property anymore and l do understand that but l asked him to check the records but and the answer was no we don’t have anything . I said to him he was very unuseful and unhelpful and l tied again to tell him British Gas try to charge me £1200 ! No attention to the details. I am not really sure why he answer the phone ! Than he hangs up!! I tried to call back but he wouldn’t answer. So so disappointed

7th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)We recently completed the sale of our property through Goodman & Lilley in Shirehampton and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received.<br><br>Adam Lenik was our lead agent and was excellent throughout, but we also dealt with several other members of the team during the process, all of whom were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Communication was consistently good, and we always felt that everyone was working hard to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>Selling a property isn’t always straightforward, but Goodman & Lilley dealt with everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish. We particularly appreciated their proactive approach and the fact that we were kept informed throughout.<br><br>A big thank you to Adam and the whole team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Goodman & Lilley to anyone looking to sell their property.

Quick responses, helped her with forms and made sure we had viewed the property enough, I was worried being a FTB always hearing horror stories of estate agents and the whole process being a negative experience but Chris has made it so amazing and set my mind to ease, genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else, will forever now be coming to Chris if I want to sell/buy a property. Again thank you Chris! Made such a stressful time<br>super straight forward ????????????
26th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Taylors.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit over a month ago and went through an extremely long and stressful process that lasted almost one and a half months. I provided every document they requested and signed the tenancy agreement twice. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given the impression that I would definitely get the property.<br><br>However, the landlord never signed the agreement. What makes the situation even worse is that, while I was waiting and providing documents, the property was apparently put back on the market through another agency. Eventually, after wasting weeks of my time and causing me unnecessary stress and expense, my application was refused.<br><br>I find it extremely disappointing that Taylors continued dealing with this landlord after the problems that occurred. If they knew the landlord was unwilling or unable to proceed, they should have been honest with me from the beginning instead of allowing me to spend almost six weeks going through referencing, paperwork and signing agreements.<br><br>To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned.<br><br>This has been a huge waste of my time, money and effort. The whole process was handled very poorly, with a serious lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for the customer.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a property. Think very carefully before using this agency
