I then called the office and spoke to a member of staff who took my contact details and said she would pass my enquiry to the agent handling the property. Unfortunately, I never received a call back.<br>I understand that agents can be busy, but after making contact twice and receiving no follow-up, I found the communication very poor and felt that my enquiry was not taken seriously

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

On both occasions the service Tom provided was excellent - great communication and an attention to detail. We also appreciated his knowledge of the market and realistic rental evaluation. We would certainly use the agency again and highly recommend them.

He was always helpful, responsive and made everything very straightforward. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend!
