Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

From the very beginning, he guided and supported us every step of the way. There were definitely some challenges along the road—ones that only Stuart and we truly understand—but he never gave up on us. His persistence, encouragement, and belief in us kept us going when things felt tough. Thanks to Stuart’s dedication and hard work, we were able to finally get everything over the line, complete the move, and settle into our new home. We’re so grateful for his support and couldn’t have done it without him. Highly recommend!

30th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Avoid this agency at all costs. We viewed a property in Sutton and submitted an offer at the full asking price, only to discover the usual trick. The property is advertised on Zoopla as a £500,000 guide price, which clearly seems designed just to attract interest. In reality, any offer at £500,000 is simply ignored or rejected unless you offer more. If the seller expects more, then be honest and list it higher — but of course that would be less attractive to buyers. It’s misleading and a complete waste of everyone’s time. Property prices are typically negotiated down, not artificially pushed up after attracting buyers with a lower “guide price”. It gets worse. The property was advertised as 107 sqm, but in reality it is closer to 80 sqm. Even a 2019 floor plan shows around 90 sqm, which already contradicts the listing. This is not a minor error — it’s a huge discrepancy and completely unacceptable. It feels like the agency is deliberately inflating the size to make the property look more appealing. Since submitting our offer, we have received absolutely no response. We also contacted the agent (Georgia) regarding this major discrepancy in size, and were completely ignored. Misleading pricing, inaccurate property details, and zero communication. Save yourself the time and frustration — stay well away from this agency.

21st Mar 2026 (14 days ago)If you ever looking to buy or sell , you wont find a better agent, they are the best I have ever dealt with, they go out of their way to make you happy and every thing goes smooth, they look after you from start to finish..we were only buying from them but made sure they kept you informed of any changes and chased up solicitors to make sure they were doing there job and had all the info they needed.... I know agents get a bad reputation, but Jackie Quinn are cut above the rest by a mile...., they get a 5Stars from me...would definitely use them again to buy and sell..

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
8th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

We were shown properties by John who I have to say made a long day viewing very much more enjoyable and he was very informed. Thank you both much appreciated.

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. We were fortunate to be assigned Mariam, she handled everything as if she were renting the home herself, not just facilitating it for us. She guided us at every step of the process with genuine care and professionalism. Even team members who weren’t directly handling our case, like Mikey and Salma, stepped in to offer guidance and support. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience.
