3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)Just wanted to say what a friendly and professional service I received from Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath, from the original valuation and discussion through to the final sale I found everyone I dealt with helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Every sale is unique and it felt like they listened to my needs and ensured they were met throughout, Neil was excellent in setting expectations on how much to sell for, what level of interest to expect and closing the sale. Margaret became a friendly voice to answer any question (no matter how daft) and to chase solicitors and other parties to keep things on track. If I had another house to sell in Bexleyheath I wouldn't use anyone else.

13th May 2024 (6 days ago)I am really disappointed about the service.i arranged to viewing with them for a property and officially accepted my offer. I have done the anti money laundering check they requested.following day i received a email saying another customer made higher offer than me from different acron office. After officially accepting my offer nearly more than one week i started all my paperwork . I have spent lot of time and money for this. So i didn't have much options but to ask to match the other customer offer. I didn't get any a response for two days.then i received a call saying they will speak to the seller.later get a disappointing call saying they will moving with the new customer. I felt the whole thing was very unprofessional and disrespectful and very disappointing. Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. When sales progression became stressful, Kirsty always made herself available to assist in anyway she could to help us through this time. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. 5th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Worst estate agent I have dealt with. Extremely poor communication. They need to take a lesson on listening instead of speaking over someone. If you want a team of proactive people then sadly this isn't what you will get. They are happy to take a monthly fee but when work needs doing you can forget it.

25th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.
