From the outset, they brought a clear, structured approach to sale process. Being present and engaged throughout the sale. Junaid gave us guidance, not just in selling, but also in helping us understand what to look for when buying our next home. This made a big difference in how confident we felt when making decisions. On Completion, Stefan was very helpful, he went above and beyond, he supported me alot. Throughout, they were professional, reliable, and reassuring to deal with. Very friendly people. Overall, a very positive experience and a team we would happily recommend.
20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Scott at RHW Estate was honestly great helping me and my friends move into our new flat on Finchley Road. He was always really quick to reply and answered all our questions clearly, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. He was super accommodating with viewings too, arranging a few different times so we could all make it work around our schedules. He also chased things up with the landlord and got back to us quickly whenever we had any requests or wanted changes. When we moved in, the flat was really clean and the inventory was clearly done—they made sure we were happy with everything before settling in. He even helped us sort out utilities, which we really appreciated. What stood out is that they’re just the letting agents, not even the managing agents, but Scott still went above and beyond for us. Overall just a really great service—would definitely recommend.

They secured an outstanding tenant within days No delays, no unnecessary back and forth, just results I highly recommend them.

My home had previously been listed with three different agents who were unable to secure a sale, yet Gabriel stepped in and achieved what the others could not. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a level of professionalism and persistence that truly set him apart from the rest of the industry. He is incredibly effective at what he does and remained dedicated to the process until the very end. If you want a result where others have failed, Gabriel is the person you need to go to.

Vicky was absolutely instrumental throughout the entire process. We first viewed an unbelievable opportunity down the road from our existing flat before it had even gone on the market, and she kindly allowed us to put in an offer early, which really helped get things moving quickly. From there, everything progressed at pace, and while the process wasn’t without its complexities, Vicky was always on hand and available — whether it was answering calls, keeping everyone aligned, or making sure communication never dropped. Her dedication, professionalism, and calm approach made a huge difference. I genuinely don’t think we would have managed to successfully complete both the sale and purchase without her support. I would highly recommend Abode and their fantastic team to anyone looking to buy or sell. Their knowledge of the local area and their professionalism are second to none. And a lovely bonus — they’re very dog-friendly! Every time I had an appointment, my dog was thoroughly spoiled with the best treats, which definitely earned them extra points ?????? We encountered a few obstacles along the way, but Dea went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions. He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. 20th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Absolute worthless of a staff. Ross , one of their property managers is not prompt with his replies or actions. We were kept in the cold for two weeks in the winter while our Boiler and heating was not sorted. I have recurrent tonsillitis and had raised this issue from before in September, but they did not pay any heed. Even one of the shower drains was broken. The agent from the letting agency asked us to pay 100 pounds extra each month, not disclosing that the flat has these problems. All their other reviews here are probably bought. Use your brains and opt for better letting agencies.
