7th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)????? A Shockingly Poor Experience — Strongly Recommend Avoiding<br><br>Our experience with Martin Maslin Estate Agents has been consistently unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward, professional process quickly became a catalogue of dismissive communication, inaccurate information, and a complete lack of accountability.<br><br>Staff repeatedly failed to provide clear or timely updates, and legitimate concerns were met with indifference rather than any attempt to resolve them. The property was misrepresented, and issues that should have been addressed immediately were instead brushed aside.<br><br>The overall attitude from the team felt arrogant, careless, and entirely customer?unfocused. At no point did we feel that our concerns were taken seriously or that the agency was acting with integrity.<br><br>Martin Maslin Estate Agents did not deliver even the basics of competent service. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for an estate agent that values honesty, professionalism, and respect for its clients.

9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Newton Fallowell for their great efficiency and customer service in valuing and selling my house quickly. Henry had a very positive outlook on my house and managed to find a buyer within one week. He, Adam, Jenna and the rest of the team made sure that we got to exchange as quickly as possible and were invaluable in chasing the solicitors and others in the chain to expedite matters.

However, the level of communication regarding viewing of our property was poor, on four occasions buyers turned up with your agent without any prior warning to ourselves of the proposed visit! a very embarrassing situation for all concerned. Overall we were satisfied with their service

We have sold a few houses through the years but this is the first time we have used this estate agent. All the girls in the office have been great in dealing with any queries or problems that arose. They are very proactive in keeping in touch with our conveyancer to make sure things have run smoothly. We would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to you all ??

8th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)You have to submit ALL your details to be able to even ask for a viewing. Fill in all personal information then you get left sitting waiting to hear back from them! Then you call and they say oh send an email and chase up your application!<br>It’s all a joke to just even get a viewing and I have waisted so much time and got no where with this estate agent!

I would not hesitate recommending Your Move to anyone I know.<br>Also special shout out to Charlie for being the best babysitter whilst me and my husband were viewing our new property for the 3rd time after exchange, allowing us quality time to plan lay outs, measure spaces etc, this made the actual move smooth sailing ??????

Molly has been extremely helpful and efficient and always contactable. She has made sure that both sides were kept informed and alerted me when I needed to chase my solicitors. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She gave me plenty of time to look around and was honest and approachable throughout the viewing.<br><br>As someone who views a lot of properties, I really appreciated her positive attitude and the way she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. Communication was exceptional; emails answered the same day, calls returned quickly, and nothing ever left hanging. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. 2nd Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Trying to find the right estate agent is a minefield!! Fortunately I backed a winner with Shaun McArthur and his wonderful team and am more than delighted! From my first contact with Shaun himself, everything was perfect and when I visited the office I was welcomed like an old friend. Matt has been very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage of the proceedings and we have enjoyed talking about our shared love of motorbikes!<br>Although the legal side of my property sale has been protracted and made tortuous by the buyers' solicitors, an inept leasehold management company and "red tape", I cannot fault McArthur Estate Agency at all and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.<br>Thank you for your help, great sense of humour and friendship over these difficult few months. Having met with various estate agents before selecting R&L, they were the most open, honest and informative regarding the selling process who completely put me at ease and enabled me to trust their process as a first time seller. They booked in open days which were highly beneficial to both ourselves and to the potential buyers, using a wonderful local colleague who truly sold our house and the local area to a very high standard. They helped us sell our house within a few weeks being on the market, two open days and the more offers than we were expecting, all above our initial asking price. Most importantly for us was communication with ourselves and internally so everyone was on the same page, and both solicitors were kept in the loop too. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you team!
