He was extremely friendly, and very supportive, answering all my questions about the process along the way<br>My house sold within a week of being advertised which demonstrates Profile’s experience with the local market.<br>Extremely happy with the service and will certainly be using Profiles again in the future
24th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We had excellent service from Newton Fallowell and in particular Adam Hudson. Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. That level of dedication, care, and commitment really deserves recognition. His personality, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience so much better. If anyone deserves bonus points, it’s definitely David! ?????? Brilliant work, David — you were absolutely amazing! I would also like to give a massive thank you to Jaake for all his help while David was on holiday. Jaake was incredibly helpful, approachable, and informative, and he made sure I got all the information I needed. His support was greatly appreciated, and he was a pleasure to deal with. It’s clear that HAART has some fantastic people working for them. Both David and Jaake have been outstanding, and it’s lovely to experience such great customer service from a team that genuinely seems to care. In the years We have now been with them I cannot praise them enough thoroughly recommend them. We then advertised our property to be sold by them. A massive shout out to Hazel Laura and Jane for your total professionalism throughout the years. They could not of been more helpful.

Our focal point Sophie was always really responsive, any issues were fixed quickly and Sophie would always let us know in advance if they needed to pop round to check something or facilitate a viewing. No hesitation at recommending others to rent properties from this estate agents.

As a first time buyer it was a whole new experience in understanding how to buy a house, but Emily and Mark, along with Leslie made the process very smooth with lots of help and advice along the way.<br>Emily provided regular updates on progress of the purchase, as well as helping with working through paperwork - she was amazing! Really supportive and helped talk through any questions etc.<br>Mark Waterfall was also outstanding, with insightful advice as my mortgage advisor, and got me a great mortgage deal. He helped in so many ways including giving helpful insights regarding the moving process. They were really supportive throughout the whole process and I felt the care they showed as well as professionalism of their roles. An outstanding team! Thank you.
