As a conveyancer, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside them on a number of transactions, and the communication is always excellent. They’re proactive, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep everyone informed and help matters progress. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

26th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I must highly commend the team at Bairstowe Eves Wollaton. They all worked really hard to ensure the sale of my property was a success following previous disappointment. The communication and attention to detail through the sale process was of a high quality. I was anxious but there was reassurance and honesty throughout the process. The staff team were all very helpful. But special mention for Alan Heys and Claire Dack. Both have know me a lot time and gave that extra personal touch. Excellent service. I would highly recommend the branch.

She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She gave me plenty of time to look around and was honest and approachable throughout the viewing.<br><br>As someone who views a lot of properties, I really appreciated her positive attitude and the way she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She is a real credit to William H Brown, and I hope her hard work and professionalism are recognised. Thanks again, Eleanor!
28th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.

Very patient and always polite in courteous. I have used crofts Twice now to sell and buy houses and I would use again if I was to sell but I'm not planning on it.

He arrived thoroughly prepared with market data, detailed analysis, comparable properties, social media marketing examples, and a clear strategy for selling our home. He spent plenty of time with us, answered all our questions, and showed genuine passion and enthusiasm for our property—something the other agents simply didn't.<br><br>The marketing was excellent. They have kept us fully informed at all stages until the completion of the sale. They ensured that all parties involved received text messages, phone calls and e mails. Gabbie was consistently responsive, patient, and transparent in her replies. She took the time to address each of my queries, provided clear explanations of their terms, and arranged a rental valuation with my son, who was staying at the property at the time.<br><br>I particularly appreciated her professional approach and the fact that I never felt pressured to make a decision. On the day Lewis provided a thorough and professional assessment of the property and as a result we were able to make a decision on future plans for the property.<br>Lewis is a valuable asset to the company and his skillsets are of the highest level.
