At every stage I felt well looked after and never felt out of my depth. I’d happily recommend them to any landlord, especially anyone new to renting out a property.<br><br>Chloe was a massive help from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions, which made a huge difference as a first-time landlord. Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

After our original house purchase fell through, the whole team went above and beyond to help us find another property, and thanks to their efforts, we ended up finding our perfect home!<br><br>A very special mention has to go to Ellie O’Neil, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, helpful, reassuring and always kept us informed every step of the way. Even when I was probably being a little neurotic with all my questions and worries, Ellie never made me feel like anything was too much trouble!<br><br>What could have been a really stressful and disappointing experience turned into such a positive one, and that’s largely down to the dedication and genuine care shown by the team.<br><br>We’ve now got the keys to our beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Ellie and everyone involved for helping us get here. Five stars simply aren’t enough!

From start to finish the team were focused renting the property out as soon as possible and took high quality photos, advertising the property the next day and arranging visits within the same week. Both Dipul and Owen have been my first point of contact and its via WhatsApp as well as email which makes the service they provide so personal and the response times regardless of the time of the day or weekend have been within a few minutes. High quality services and support is first class. I would definitely recommend if you are busy working or just need someone to handle the stress for your rentals or even if you are selling they make it easier for you.

When we went to view, we said again that we had pets and were then told we were not allowed pets at the property. You knew this and didn’t tell us beforehand, and respectfully we will never part with them, so you completely wasted our time. We will not be looking at properties with you again.

From day one they handled absolutely everything; viewings, paperwork, the entire process with professionalism and serious efficiency. They don’t just list a property and hope for the best, they actively manage the sale, keep momentum going, and smooth out issues before they become problems. Took my business elsewhere and Riva lily responded same day!! Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Hampsons

My interests were entirely secondary as demonstrated by their actions. I received assurances they weren’t prepared to uphold, was made promises they weren’t prepared to keep and set expectations they weren’t prepared to follow through. Avoid this estate agent and use one of the many others available.
