Everyone in the office was proactive and kept us well informed of the progress of the whole transaction, to enable a smooth and well coordinated purchase and sale. Well done and thank you to all involved for a highly professional service. We recommend the team at the Stamford office unreservedly.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible. What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Mason, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house. Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!

5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Last week on Friday I saw a property 2 bedroom on Chaucer Street with my wife. The young estate agent was fantastic. Honest and geniune and knows her stuff we didn't know the area and her research was top notch. Now I have had a dodgy experience through estate agents referring to J. G. Northampton. It was refreshing to ask this young lady questions and she answered them with distinction. Top notch. Very happy with the service she provided.

She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to answer all our questions properly and never made us feel rushed at all. Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve had with a letting agent — Eleanor is a real credit to the team. Thank you again!
27th May 2026 (18 days ago)When we decided to sell our house there was only one place we were going to turn to. We have known some of the team for over 20 years, admiring and respecting their achievements. What we didn’t know was exactly how good the team is. Emily was the driving force behind our initial sale (congratulations mummy) which through not fault of the company fell through. Undeterred and with the help of Joe and Lucinda, the team managed to find a new buyer Tina took over the reins and ensured everything went smoothly and quickly to a successful conclusion. A massive thank you to the entire team. You were outstanding and always kept us up to date.
28th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)First dealing with O'Riordan Bond. Refusal to give holding deposit and argued that an IVA wasnt disclosed but was clearly disclosed in black and white. When confronted spoken with Clare, service was appalling and was heard smiling over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, would not use and would suggest anyone to look elsewhere.- 24th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !
30th May 2026 (15 days ago)From the moment we started searching for our first home and forever home, Crofts at immingham have been absolutely first class. We viewed two properties with them and Sue showed us around. Such a lovely lady and she knows her stuff. It was like a friend walking you through. Nothing was too much trouble and each and every question we had was answered there and then. We actually purchased a property at first with another agent that fell through. We are thanking our lucky stars now that it did! Right before exchange we had a huge hiccup with our mortgage. We thought without a doubt we were going to lose the house we had fallen in love with. Our sale was already being progressed by the lovely Donna and we explained what had happened. She spoke to the Vendor's and gave us time to sort it out. Her communication and commitment to getting us through to completion was second to none! So a huge thank you to Donna and Sue for their hard work in finding and completing our sale. We are absolutely over the moon with our house and the service they provide. If you want to find a dedicated, professional agent that gives everything the personal touch, then go to Crofts at immingham. They know what to do! ?????? Thank you all again! And, also a huge thank you to the lovely people that were so patient when we were buying from them. It meant the world to us.

12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I rarely leave five-star reviews — and when I do, it’s because the service has genuinely impressed me. My experience with EweMove, and especially with Nia Nugent, was exactly that. I initially contacted them simply to request a desktop valuation because I’m currently renting a property and going through a private off-market purchase with my landlord. I just wanted some guidance on whether the agreed price was in line with the current market value. Although she wasn’t able to provide a precise desktop valuation, she still went completely above and beyond to help me. Most people could have easily just said, “Sorry, we can’t provide that,” and ended the conversation there. Instead, she took the time to explain things properly, shared genuinely useful information I wasn’t even aware of, and treated me with the same level of care and attention as if I were already one of their full clients. Honestly, I was surprised by the level of professionalism, patience, and willingness to help — especially considering I’m not even a customer (at least not yet!). That kind of attitude says a lot about a company. If this is how they treat someone who simply called for advice, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual clients. Exceptional service, genuinely helpful, and a credit to the company. Absolutely deserved five stars. Highly recommended.

28th May 2026 (17 days ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. 31st May 2026 (14 days ago)We have had a very disappointing experience with this property and the managing agency. We moved in four months ago, and the property was not properly cleaned at all. From the first day, there were multiple issues, including a severely backing-up toilet and no consistent hot water. We reported these problems immediately, but they were not properly resolved. The toilet issue was even noted in the inventory, but we initially assumed it was a minor scaling problem. Within a couple of days, it became clear that it was a serious fault. At the same time, we have never had reliable hot water since moving in. After three months of ongoing issues, we informed the agency that we would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and consider moving out legally. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed us for “overusing” hot water, which makes no sense given that we have not even had consistent access to it. After each engineer visit, we were told that reports would be shared, yet the agency repeatedly claimed there was no issue with the system. During the most recent visit, I recorded video evidence where the engineer clearly confirmed that the system is faulty and not working properly. Despite this, the agency still emailed us stating that there is no problem. We are paying full rent while not receiving basic necessities such as proper sanitation and hot water. We have solid evidence, including videos and records of communication. Tenants should be very cautious when dealing with this agency and their associated parties, including Ashby Lowery.
10th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)The viewing with Lewis was the best accompanied viewing we have ever had and, being in our 80s, we can fairly say we have had a few! He was there before us, had the property opened up, lights on, and standing waiting at the gate. He was immaculately dressed - a beautiful suit and tie, rather than open neck shirt, scruffy shoes etc which seem to be standard these days. And for us, the most impressive thing in these days of just on line photographs - a little folder of printed out photographs with a description of each picture, floor plan and other relevant details. Again, a first in our current batch of house hunting - our last sale/purchase was over 20 years ago when you actually had a printed brochure about the property you were viewing in your sticky little hand. Had we known how superior was the attitude of BE towards the sale of their properties we would have used them for the sale of our own house. You will gather, we were suitably impressed.
