Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

Seb was our initial point of contact who showed us through the home and was attentive and asked us lots of questions to ensure the home was the right fit. A real asset to the business. Callum navigated the process of offer and acceptance with great professionalism and communication was fast, clear and precise. Highly recommend!

As a first time buyer it can be really scary but he explained everything really well, was calm, and ultimately led me to my first new home which couldn’t have been more perfect.<br>Everyone in general at fox & sons has been really helpful and helped move everything on as quickly as possible.<br>Would 100% recommend. He always kept me informed and made the whole process much easier to navigate.<br><br>A big thank you to Chris and the whole team at Your Move for all their help. I’m very happy to finally have the keys to my first home in the UK. Highly recommended!

22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Richard provides an outstanding service which I would thoroughly recommend. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were listened to and dealt with promptly. Buying and moving home can be such a stressful experience, but having an estate agent who is so approachable, organised and genuinely helpful made such a difference.<br><br>A truly fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! ?????

They kept us up to date with any information along the way; big or small and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We feel like we have known them for years!
