16th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Such an easy, smooth process when I was looking for a flat, everyone was so friendly and helpful, they called me back when they said they would, they confirmed all the appointments were still going ahead, they explained everything in a very clear way and kept me updated at each step. In what could have been an incredibly stressful process, they made it very easy for me. I primarily dealt with Emily, who was so personable and made me feel very at ease, keeping me up to date at every step. The industry needs more people like Emily and the team at Home & Castle.

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

I can honestly say I could not have done all the computer work without Hannah's help and encouragement. Happy to say the purchase was completed yesterday, exchange and completion 9 weeks from offer being accepted! Superb service, would thoroughly recommend. Big thank you to Hannah, Seb and Huw.

30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

Zak marketed the property incredibly well including successfully running an open day, leading to two offers within the first week. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

Was worried about the process of renting through an agent but it was a breeze. They were so so helpful and got me into a new property in around 3 weeks :) they have totally changed my view on renting through agent now. Becky was an absolute superstar making the process so easy and straightforward. Thank you again everyone ??

As a first time buyer, I was under the impression buying a property was stressful, but this was absolutely not the case thanks to Georgia and the rest of the team.<br><br>Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication was amazing; she sent regular updates via WhatsApp, which made it really easy to stay in the loop (I’m rubbish at answering the phone).<br><br>Aside from being pros at what they do, the team are also passionate. Georgia was genuinely excited for me to purchase my first home, and even went out of her way to deliver the new keys to me.<br><br>I couldn’t be happier, and will definitely be using No. 24 in the future. A big thanks to the team.
