I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
15th Apr 2026 (3 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Robert Leech enough for their full support throughout selling my home. From the viewings where every sales person knew the whole house, from a sale falling through (buyer moved elsewhere) to a sale being made second time round very quickly. It’s been a stressful process (complications with sign off) made much easier by the support and encouragement from the team at Robert Leech. Lisa has held our hands throughout the whole process checking in every week and more. Couldn’t have met a more dedicated person who kept everyone in the loop at every stage. My onward purchase estate agent is unfortunately nowhere near as passionate as Lisa and it’s shown me just the over and above service provided. The team are so friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Absolutely thrilled with the service I’ve received. Thank you Lisa, Craig & the team! 31st Mar 2026 (18 days ago)My experience with Hamptons Estate Agents Tunbridge Wells was, without exaggeration, one of the worst I’ve ever had. Throughout a £2.5m purchase, I encountered behaviour that felt, at times, misleading and, at best, deeply disorganised and incompetent. For a company positioning itself as a trusted local agent, the lack of professionalism was astonishing. The process was stressful, poorly managed, and far below what I would expect at this level of transaction. Every time I recount the experience to friends, colleagues, or neighbours, they are genuinely shocked at how bad it was. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid the Tunbridge Wells branch.

Luke from the Property Management Team was great in keeping us informed and coordinating everything efficiently. Vicky handled all the paperwork and administrative processes with warmth and precision, and Omar was incredibly dependable, ensuring all appointments and documents were accurately scheduled with kindness. 25th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)We went to Gareth Pontin at Fox and sons for mortgage advice. We ultimately did not purchase the property we viewed via Fox and sons. But we were so impressed with Gareth that we went to him to secure our mortgage. He explained all the different products available in an easy to understand way, and responded quickly to communication. He met with us in person on multiple occasions until we were entirely happy with our mortgage. We will definitely be returning to him when we remortgage, and recommending to family and friends.
