Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. Marc has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that things have gone smoothly. Communication is great and they have kept me informed throughout the process. Their knowledge of the local area has been really helpful. I'm hoping never to move again, but would recommend David and Co to anyone doing so!

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. 30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

22nd May 2026 (28 days ago)Richard provides an outstanding service which I would thoroughly recommend. He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

They were always incredibly accommodating and so kind and friendly. A special mention to Jemma-Louise who showed me such kindness and helpfulness during a particularly stressful period. But also thanks to the whole team; Rose, Dan and Julie too.

4th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)When you've met a lot of estate agents you soon realise that they're all cut from the same cloth, but Dan, Georgia and Abi at Number 24 are a different breed. Not only did they sell our house with the first viewer through the door, but they were with us every step of the way, providing proactive communication, reassurance that only comes with their experience and relieving all of the stress that invariably comes with a house sale. They were a truly trusted partner and we would highly recommend them if you're looking for an estate agent that is honest, knowledgeable and quite brilliant in what they do. They're also lovely people – and that goes a very long way, especially when you've been in your house for nearly 20 years and you need simplicity and expert guidance. Many thanks Number 24!
11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Karen & Connor are both excellent, Karen is extremely knowledgeable and experienced . Connor is very approachable and showed our property fully during viewings . The comms from both are excellent , we loved the fact we were getting initial feedback after viewing with further feedback once they had followed up with the viewers . This takes the frustration of waiting for feedback away. Karen contacted us on her day off to start negotiating our offer . Which was both unexpected and very appreciated. We are now under off and dealing with colleagues of Karen & Connor and so far service is continuing to be great .
