Marc has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that things have gone smoothly. Communication is great and they have kept me informed throughout the process. Their knowledge of the local area has been really helpful. I'm hoping never to move again, but would recommend David and Co to anyone doing so!

She made what can be a very stressful process pain free and it was so refreshing to use an agency that has a personal touch. 5 stars all round!

However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

He goes above and beyond, squeezing viewings in for us in a crowded diary. He is creative and thoughtful when showing us houses that need a lot of work. He is extremely driven, hardworking and motivated. He sends me more properties than any other agent I am registered with. He is a pleasure to work with and professional and considerate. 31st Mar 2026 (18 days ago)The experience with John Bray as a tenant was great, until it became time to move out. Despite the flat being provided in a shabby and uncleaned state, we didn't raise a dispute and cleaned it ourselves. Hardly anything was fixed during our three years there, despite us telling them repeatedly. Upon moving out we cleaned the flat fully and to a higher standard than we received it. After almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing about the deposit we were handed cleaning charges, which we disputed. That was when they sent condescending e-mails telling me I'm "lucky" they aren't charging me more and trying to bully me into accepting the charges "to get my remaining deposit back quicker". If you are renting with them, take detailed pictures of everything you receive, and be prepared to be talked to like you're a child when you ask for you deposit back.

I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. The team were so friendly, patient, and always happy to answer my questions. In particular, Blaiz kept me updated every step of the way and made everything feel a lot less overwhelming. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase property!
- 18th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)By all means, do view your desired property with Cubitt and West. They have some nice, helpful, people working with them who were extremely accommodating. Sadly, our experience was ruined by the sale process, where their recommended conveyancer (DC Law), with whom they claimed to have a very close business relationship, turned out to be totally incompetent and irresponsible. Moreover, the Sales Progressor from Cubitt and West only served to disrupt communications, confuse the process and be highly dismissive when we tried to express how we wanted to proceed. This resulted in consequential losses of thousands of pounds and a lot of unnecessary distress. My recommendation, therefore, is to arrange your own legal advice, and block out the Sales Progressor from the process entirely. Block their email address and phone number if you need to! You will be much better off and have far more control over the process, as ours seemed to only be interested in cashing in their commission.

27th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Bryan and Neil are both excellent at what they do—professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well-managed. Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt supported throughout. Their friendly and approachable manner made what can often be a stressful experience much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Thank you again for all your hard work!

12th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I requested a property valuation from Oakfield Estate agents via their website on a Sunday evening and was contacted by Georgia first thing the following morning to take some details and arrange a visit. Karen Fogarty visited our home a few days later, she had clearly done a lot of research ahead of the visit and gave a comprehensive explanation of her valuation. She had several other example properties that Oakfield had recently sold in the local area (detailed on a large tablet) and left us in no doubt at all that her valuation was fair and accurate. We have since decided that it isn’t quite the right time to move, but when the time does come – we will definitely be reapproaching Oakfield. I would thoroughly recommend their services! :)
