Brices were always quick to address any issues, always responded to emails and calls and acted fairly and professionally as an intermediate between myself and the landlord. 7th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

He is highly efficient and proactive, but also gets the balance right with not being at all “pushy”! He kept my nerves calm when we hit some last minute delays, which I really needed!<br>We also met Sienna on two viewings who is delightful, and builds rapport really easily with her clients.<br>Thanks for everything!

However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We bought our house in 2021 through Nicola Bowler at Foresters and her attention and support was excellent at that time. When our circumstances changed in April 2026 and we were selling the house it was a "no brainer" who we would ask to act for us in the sale . Yet again Nicola and all her team were amazing, and she very quickly achieved a sale for us. She guided the whole process very carefully, and when the property we were proposing to buy hit complications, she and Toby very quickly arranged a rental property for us so that our sale could complete. We would give 6 Gold Stars if we could!

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I have just sold my flat thanks very much to Tailor James and particularly Simon Lemcke. The flat had been on the marker for several months before the buyer came along. The buyer was particularly difficult but with Simon's help and dedication a contract was reached. He was easily contactable and did his utmost to reach a satisfactory deal with the buyer and myself. Without him this would probably not have happened.
