10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

They understood the emotional journey and were extremely understanding, patient and supportive with the difficulties I had in the purchase of my new home.<br><br>When Joe came to evaluate my house at the start of the process I got a no nonsense, honest appraisal of the market and realistic valuation and how far it could be pushed - I could trust him. In the end it exceeded expectations.<br><br>The photography was outstanding and showed my home at it's best.<br><br>Communication throughout the journey was frequent and easy<br><br>Joe & Kate know the area very well and how best to attract the best purchasers not entertaining time wasters and focusing on purchasers who are in a position to proceed to ensure the sale has the best chance to complete.<br><br>I would highly recommend Wheelers

The whole team were involved at various times and the communication from them was excellent. The anxiety that we all experience at these times disappeared and the process was actually enjoyable! We would like to particularly acknowledge Ollie Bean, whose enthusiasm and attention to detail was outstanding. 21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Vendors & buyers beware. Poor communication & couldn’t negotiate their way out of a paper bag, let alone generate a sale of a property I agreed a purchase price for. Rude. Refused to answer any questions relevant to enable purchase to proceed after paying for property survey. Thank you John & all at S & C ??????
24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We used H&N for the sale of our flat in the summer, as well as buying our new house through them. Having viewed a lot of properties with a range of local agents, they are far and away the best of the bunch. From the valuation and listing, to viewings, it's always the same team, meaning they understand each and every detail of your property, which saves the 'I'll need to check that and come back to you' you encounter lots, and keeps it incredibly streamlined and efficient. They are clearly very considered in who to get through the door meaning we had a near 100% strike rate of viewings to offers, and sold our property in under 2 weeks from listing to offer accepted. When it came to buying, and a special mention to Niaombh who was the driving force throughout, she truly went above and beyond, pulling strings across a 10 house chain, calling agents, managing agents, solicitors and surveyors, to fast-track a bunch of outstanding enquiries and issues, and get us in the door of the new house 8 days before our new baby arrived. A genuine, trustworthy and super friendly group or people. I'm confident you will not find a better estate agent, whether selling or buying, in the area.

22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

It however got a bit problematic with the deeds and it was an extremely stressful time for them with buyers and sellers putting pressure on.<br>Garry was exceptional !!!!<br>Then voice of reason, pulling the right strings at the right time and managing my parents with patience and understanding.<br>He also kept me updated which he didn’t have to do but meant I could help my parents along the way.<br>Well done and thank you for ‘knowing your customer and having emotional intelligence’

Her professional, at the same time kind and polite attitude made it easier and quicker for us to resolve the different issues regarding our flat. Nothing has been too much trouble and the communication has been brilliant.<br>Wendy is one of the most “non estate agenty” people we have met. She has been lovely to deal with and has been so helpful. We liked her good knowledge of the house and area.<br>Eloise was the person who chased our purchase and she did an exceptional job chasing everyone to completion - it wasn’t always straight forward but she persevered and we got there in the end<br>All in all a very happy and successful experience and I would thoroughly recommend Surridge Mison Estates.

Communication was excellent throughout right up to completion. And it didn’t feel like you were just a number, I would 100% recommend Phil, very genuine and straightforward and he got the job done with very specific requirements! I can honestly say I do not have one negative thing to say. Thankyou Phil!

Don’t expect classy offices with huge windows stuffed with classy homes for sale, but when you open the door, those staff are really classy. They know their stuff, their marketing attracts viewers, they follow up with excellent communication, they solve problems that buyers may have, and most important of all, they get offers that are acceptable but they don’t stop there. They undertake due diligence to make sure they get the best deal possible for the vendor.Dee and David were an excellent team - hard working, professional, great negotiators, and really lovelh people to work with. But they don’t stop work when the offer is accepted, contracts exchanged, and they are still supportive on completion. Whoops, buyer wants to bring completion forward by a few months just after I moved.Help Dee, who can clean my house and remove the picture hooks? No problam for Dee.
