When mum sadly passed away last year we unfortunately had to sell our family home of over 50 years and it was a no brainer for us it was always going to be wheeler's who we where going to intrust with our house. I am so glad I did, the service they provided was more personal and within a couple of weeks the property sold within a couple of weeks. I like that the two sales representatives mentioned (Connor and Donna) are professional, resourceful, respectful and patient to walk us through different potential houses and answer various questions we came up with. We’ve come across lots of property consultants in Brighton and around now; in terms of quality, attitude, follow-up work, attention to customer needs with zero discrimination, I confirm that Cubitt & West is top of the league. 22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

He was calm, level-headed and reassuring at every stage, while also being proactive and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. He communicated clearly, handled any challenges without drama and always made me feel that the sale was in safe hands. Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, but William made the whole process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

On top of this, they take no accountability for issues they are meant to deal with during tenancy. They also enter your rental property sometimes without telling you in advance, which is an illegal practice. Overall the worst rental place Ive dealt with so far as a student

Really easy to deal with and everything ran really smooth. Always felt looked after and nothing we asked or needed was a problem. Thanks so much for being so helpful and making the final process of our move so smooth. On another note next door to us is now up for sale with these guys and they are really attentive to keeping the property looking nice etc so if you're looking to sell ive seen first hand that they are great at that too! Deffo recommend this local agents :)

17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We met Alexandra when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been. I have already recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so.
