15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We rented through Q for a number of years. All problems were resolved by the Landlord. When we moved out they withheld our deposit for no reason and even when Deposit Protection found in our favour still kept items on the check out form. I ended up paying a fraction of what they demanded and should have had more back but they refused to take some items off even though they confirmed it was not my responsibilty. BEWARE

2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Unquestionably it's 10 out of 10 for the 100% service provided by Michaela and her colleagues Karen, Gina, Paul, Lorraine and Neil. Taylor Engley easily fall into the 'A Team' category of Eastbourne Estate Agents, and from my experience of how they handled the sale of my late father's property, it was everything you would expect from a group of professionals on top of their game. I've been involved in the property business in the UK for over 50 years and have dealt with hundreds of Estate Agents far and wide. I can confidently state that Taylor Engley are up there with the very best. Well done to Michaela, who excelled on every level. She navigated the sale in a totally seamless fashion and is truly a great asset to the Taylor Engley organisation. I can only speak as I find, and for my part, the service I received was outstanding. Buying a property is super stressful, but their whole team made the process a lot smoother. And I want say a special thanks to Hayleigh, honestly the most sweet and helpful person I ever met, doesn’t matter what was the issue or question she would always be on it, she always made sure we would get all the answers, so we could know what was happening throughout the entire process. I have been in this process before, and I always had to chase people to get some answers and was not smooth at all. I definitely recommend everyone, if you want to have an amazing experience buying/selling this is the right agency for you- This agent doesn't have any reviews
