Chris Rawlings and the whole team has always been professional, helpful, and very supportive throughout the entire process. She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. 5th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)My fiancée and I have recently purchased our first house through Durden & Hunt, and I can honestly say that Olivia was the reason we ended up buying the property. After months of dealing with various estate agents, Olivia was the first person who genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for. In fact, she called me after the office had closed one evening to talk through our requirements, understand our situation and discuss a property she thought would be a great fit. No other agent we dealt with went to those lengths. From that point onwards, Olivia was absolutely fantastic. She was proactive, knowledgeable, responsive and, most importantly, she genuinely cared about getting the transaction over the line. Throughout what turned out to be a lengthy conveyancing process, she kept us informed, chased when needed, coordinated between solicitors and estate agents, and regularly went above and beyond to make sure things kept moving. What stood out most was her persistence and communication. Whenever there was an update, she would pick up the phone. Whenever something needed chasing, she was already on it. At times it genuinely felt like she was as invested in the move as we were. Buying a house can be stressful, especially as first-time buyers moving up the ladder, but Olivia made the process far easier than it otherwise would have been. We honestly do not think we would be moving into our new home without her help, support and determination. A huge thank you to Olivia and the team at Durden & Hunt.
