The level of contact was amazing and experience was some of the best we have come across.<br>I would not hesitate in recommending either Masons or Chris to anyone looking to purchase in the area.<br><br>Adding to this... 7 years on we worked with Chris and the team at Masons to sell our home. Impeccable from start to finish... No one knows Edmonton and Tottenham real estate like Chris.
25th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Special thanks to Mr Ali Khan who has gone above and beyond to help me on a number of occasions to resolve dispute with neighbours or tenants. Keep it up team ????????????????????????

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

8th May 2026 (26 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

Although they were appointed by the couple we were buying from and had no obligation to us, I found them super responsive and extremely helpful. They have been professional throughout the purchase and I would absolutely recommend them to others in the local area.
12th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Have recently sold with Streets Ahead...SO GLAD WE USED THEM ??????..Sam and Jaden was excellent young men to sell with...dont let younger age put you off..!<br>They were thorough to detail..always in touch with updates..knowledgeable..always answered messages on the day even if busy with other jobs..Sam it appeared did the getting on market /sale side of things were Jaden then took over from there doing all background work from then on..we would have<br>NO HESITATION to use them again..If ever need occurred..<br>I can sincerely say we could rate them 100%...THANK YOU AGAIN SAM AND JADEN FOR AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SELLING OUR HOUSE WITH YOU ????????????

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle.
