I was helping my friend find a flat while she was out of London, so Paulina arranged several viewings for me to attend on her behalf.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly smooth and well organised. Paulina was always very polite, professional and helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish.<br><br>Thank you again to Paulina and the Hamptons team for such a great experience. She always deals with any queries quickly and keeps us well informed, making everything stress-free. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Highly recommend!
30th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We rented this house from them on a one-year contract. However, the house became too small for our needs, so we informed them that we wanted to move out. When the time came to leave the property, we cleaned the entire house thoroughly and handed it back in excellent condition. so we cleaned and improved everything ourselves. We paid the full deposit of £2,000 Before leaving, we thoroughly cleaned the entire property and made sure everything was spotless. We even sent them proof of the cleaning. Despite this, they unfairly kept our deposit. We made many requests and tried to resolve the issue, but nobody listened and no action was taken. So please be careful and avoid dealing with them. They are complete scammers.

An incredibly professional organisation, they were always quick to answer any questions or requests I had. Also any issues or problems within the house were sorted swiftly and without issue.
