Whenever I had any questions, concerns or maintenance issues during my tenancy, the team responded very quickly and made sure everything was dealt with promptly. I really appreciated that I never had to keep chasing them — they were always responsive and helpful.<br><br>Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite and approachable, which made the whole renting experience much easier and less stressful. It was clear that they genuinely cared about resolving any issues and making sure everything was running smoothly.<br><br>They also use the Goodlord platform, which made the tenancy process, documents and payments straightforward and well organised. At the end of my tenancy, the checkout and deposit return process was also handled without any problems.<br><br>Overall, I was very happy renting through this company. The team were professional, reliable and pleasant to deal with throughout my tenancy. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience so positive. I would happily rent through them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable letting agency

Communication was fantastic, we never felt like we were waiting around for information. All round a very smooth experience, thank you!
31st Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

17th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I tried to view an apartment twice, and both times were a complete waste of my time:<br>First visit: The agent showed up, but the keys didn't work.<br>Second visit: They mistakenly booked me for two different time slots on the same day. I emailed them clearly to confirm one and cancel the other. When I arrived at the location, nobody showed up. I called, and they claimed the other slot was the active one in their system (which was 1.5 hours later).<br>The final attempt: I agreed to wait and came back for the other slot, arriving just 7 minutes late. I called them while I’m front of the building, they told me the agent was already inside and coming down—yet no one ever showed up.<br>To top it all off, I sent an official email detailing all of this, and I haven't even received a reply. Utterly unprofessional management and zero respect for clients' time.

20th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Patrick and team gave the most personal service. Great advice on making the property saleable, huge knowledge of the market, buyers and the locality. Patrick was always available to discuss timing, potential buyers, etc, anything related to getting the sale through. Also hooked us up with a great solicitor. Overall, no service or question was too small.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.<br><br>In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.<br><br>I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.

29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
