She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. Gill and the whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and how proactive they were in getting all the little things sorted before we moved in. It really made a difference and showed how much they care about their clients. We’re now looking forward to enjoying Chiswick to the fullest in our new home. 14th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

The whole team, with a particularly HUGE shoutout to Amy and Lee, are brilliant! Always quick to offer advice and assistance with anything we needed. Having worked with our fair share of different agents over the years, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest and we cannot recommend them enough!
14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.

He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

23rd Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
