He did several viewings with the buyers to make sure they were comfortable and kept me updated the whole way through. He is an absolute gentleman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Ed and Robert were professional, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard to get us a great deal in a very difficult market. They were persistent and drew on the wider Hamptons network — private office, social media team, international reach — to generate interest in our property. Communication throughout was excellent, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

They made the whole process feel really straightforward and were always quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent!
25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay
10th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)We cannot thank the team at Hunters Catford enough for everything they did for us during the sale and purchase of our home.<br><br>We previously had our house on the market with another estate agency for 12 weeks, during which time we had just two viewings and no offers. When Richard and his team took over, the difference was incredible. They marketed our home with genuine care and attention, and within just 12 days we had received multiple offers. We were absolutely amazed by the turnaround.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Richard, who was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and an absolute pleasure to have on our side. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, and having someone with his expertise and calm approach made such a difference. We always felt that our home was in safe hands.<br><br>And then there is Brenda... who truly deserves a special and heartfelt mention. Brenda was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She is the definition of going above and beyond for her clients. This was a very stressful time for us, but Brenda was there for us every single day. She communicated with us constantly, answered every single question we had (and there were plenty!), and always made us feel supported and reassured.<br><br>What stood out most was that Brenda genuinely cared. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, patient and dedicated, and we always felt that she was personally invested in helping us get through the process successfully.<br><br>I am still amazed by the dedication and commitment of the whole Hunters team. Every member played their part in helping us through what was, at times, a very difficult and stressful sale, and we are incredibly grateful to all of them.<br><br>Thank you Richard, Brenda and the entire team at Hunters!! We genuinely couldn't have wished for a better estate agency to have on our side, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
