I had a really positive experience purchasing my first house through Gibbs Gillespie, Ruislip Manor. The entire process was smooth and well managed, and I would especially like to thank George Wakefield for his excellent support throughout.
George was humble, professional, approachable and always helpful. He answered all our queries promptly, obtained the necessary answers from the sellers and kept us informed at every stage of the purchasing process. His clear communication, patience and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience much easier for us. He genuinely helped us secure our home, and we really appreciate his efforts.
A special shout-out to Mahnoor as well for all her help in following up with the solicitors and keeping things moving to ensure a smooth purchase process. Thank you for your dedication and support.

23rd Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Highly unprofessional service from Lawrence Rand. They keep you in the dark about the status of your property transaction, providing little to no updates or transparency about how things are progressing behind the scenes.
You expect your agent to represent your interests and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with Lawrence Rand has been the complete opposite. They seem to make things unnecessarily difficult at every step of the way.
Their communication is extremely poor, and the lack of proactive updates leaves customers constantly guessing about the progress of their transaction. As a customer, you should not have to chase your agent for basic information or be left wondering what is happening.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Lawrence Rand for property-related services. There is a clear lack of communication, transparency, and customer focus.

They are good until you get the flat. After that they dont care.
The dont fix issues in the flat. They all lie and cover each other in the office. They would send emails and dont put who sending the emails, so when you to the office to see them face to face, they pretend they dont know who sent it, or blame each other when the person is not in office.
I lost my deposit because i had to move before ghe contract ended. I moved because the flat was “unliveable” in. The flat was getting mould, because of poor heating. There was 1heater in the whole flat. All the way by the door. I struggled with them for months, back and forth with emails, back and forth to the office. Nothing. They wouldnt fix the heating. They wouldnt clean the mould. I had to pay the clean the mould myself many times, which it would return because the heating was bad. When the neighbours saw me struggling, thymey explained that they always rent the flat in summer when the place is good, and when winter comes, there is issues with mould. I lost my deposit. I lost all my furniture. I lost most of my personal items.
I still have emails with dates and photos with dates, if they want to say im lying. I wouldnt let my worst enemy use that agency!

Arun has always been quick to communicate, clear in his explanations and genuinely personable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always on hand to answer questions and keep me updated.

Lewis was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire viewing. He has excellent knowledge of the local area and patiently answered all of our family's questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free for us. It is easy to see why Coopers has such a great reputation as an independent business. If you are looking for an agent who genuinely cares and provides top-tier service, I highly recommend asking for Lewis!

He had a constant smile, a positive attitude and was very kind and patient. He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions and never made us feel rushed. He gave us his full attention and made sure we felt comfortable and well informed.
His excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you for making the viewing such a pleasant experience. 16th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I cannot recommend Callum, Josh, and Ben highly enough. From the very first viewing through to completion, the service I received was outstanding. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout every stage.
One aspect that particularly stood out was the recommendation of an excellent solicitor. The conveyancing process was handled efficiently, and contracts were exchanged and completed remarkably quickly, making the entire purchase smooth and hassle-free.
What truly sets the team apart is the continued support even after the purchase was completed. Two years later, Callum kindly arranged a property valuation for me free of charge, which was incredibly helpful and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer service long after the sale.
The communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile shown by Callum & Team were exceptional throughout. I cannot recommend Kearns Estate Agents in West Drayton highly enough. My property was listed with them for around two months and during that time I received five offers.
What really stood out was the quality of the buyers they brought through the door. Buyers were properly vetted before viewings, so I never felt that my time was being wasted. Communication was brilliant throughout, with a call and feedback after every viewing.
A special mention has to go to Inshaal, who conducted most of my viewings. Pretty much every buyer she brought to the property made an offer, so she definitely became my lucky charm! ??????
Jack and Louis were also amazing. Everyone added a personal touch and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the process. The whole team took the time to understand what I needed and, importantly, not once did they try to encourage me to lower my price, which was very different from my experience with other agents.
Kearns did an incredible job of understanding both the selling points and the value of my property, and they worked hard to bring serious potential buyers through the door.
Finally, a huge thank you to Jason. He was fantastic throughout, offering different perspectives based on his experience, giving honest advice and, most importantly, making me feel valued as a client.
I have been incredibly impressed with the whole Kearns team. Their communication, professionalism, personal approach and commitment were outstanding.
