20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional agency. Tried to call them today several times, but nobody picked up. When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called. If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.
2nd Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.

16th Aug 2026 (0 days ago)Awful estate agents, nobody comes to show you the property and relies on the tenant to let you in. Tenant wasn't answering so couldn't see the property, Hansi was ignoring all calls so didn't know what was going on, waste of time and money getting to a viewing to stand outside. Wonder if tenant gets the commission since they're doing the work.
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.

27th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid this estate agent. I used JS Estate Management under a fully managed agreement. I raised concerns about unauthorised occupation of my property and was assured there were no issues — yet documentary evidence showed the agent knew exactly who was occupying it. When I requested a payment trail showing how rent was handled, they refused to provide it. I raised formal complaints with The Property Ombudsman. Both were upheld and I received compensation on each occasion. Do not use this agent.
