5th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

I gave them an apartment complete with everything to manage and it was returned to me empty. they also took away the television and the microwave oven, as well as the table and armchairs and various furnishings. the tragic thing is that I was told that this is how it is used in London. I think it's theft.

From our first meeting to our last, he was very professional, patient, thoughtful, and most importantly, got things done in a way that fitted our needs. Very satisfied with the expertise and support he provided to us and would recommend him to anyone.

28th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Thankyou Team Nandez you were truly amazing. After arriving at Chalet Etoile everyone was keen to ski. Unfortunately after 2 days skiing we were put into a 7 day quarantine by the Swiss Government.We could not have done this without the whole team. From the lovely message in the snow outside our chalet , messages on the lids of our delivered food, all the shopping, answering our requests in whats’s app within minutes,delivering us a much needed goody bag with champagne on Christmas Day and then the icing on the cake...... finding our teenage boys a PS4 . That was definitely a lifeline for our 16 year old and 19 year old who were truly losing the will to continue in isolation. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. After our quarantine was finished we had the most amazing time skiing with so much snow, it was definitely worth the wait. We were all very sad when we left as we as we felt like part of the fixtures and fittings. We have stayed at this chalet twice and it never disappoints, Thanks again to all the team The Douglas Family xxx
1st May 2019 (7 years ago)After meeting with three agents, De Scottia were the chosen agent for a number of reasons. First being they were not pushing for a hard sale. Secondly, the agent quickly took note of the living situation with my elderly mother and took on board my comments of how fragile she is and to liaise with myself. He was brilliant from the start. Very easy to get hold of, prompt and efficient. He explained everything to us and was more than happy to explain anything we didn't understand without making us feel silly. Our agent was happy to get his hands dirty and move boxes (and a large bed!) to get the photos he needed. When we went on holiday and he needed access he ensured he understood the alarm system and sent me texts whilst away to keep me update and assure me the alarm was put back on. Fantastic service and really pleased we went with them. Our agent gave us honest feedback and we had an offer within 2 weeks. So far the sale is going through smoothly and I would highly recommend.

17th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I worked with Martin Wattam from EveMove Putney on the sale of my one-bedroom flat. From the initial meeting when he put my mind at ease, to the amazing pictures from the online listing that showcased every beautiful aspect of the property, everything was smooth and, even if it took a bit longer than expected, Martin was right in the end and we found the perfect buyer together. Communication throughout the entire process was always timely and on point, professional and reliable, so I would highly recommend Martin!

16th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. They don't provide any service unless when it comes to asking for money. They keep changing staff from their side so there is no point of contact. Awful agency. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.

18th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
