15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend

From our first meeting to our last, he was very professional, patient, thoughtful, and most importantly, got things done in a way that fitted our needs. 28th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Thankyou Team Nandez you were truly amazing. After arriving at Chalet Etoile everyone was keen to ski. Unfortunately after 2 days skiing we were put into a 7 day quarantine by the Swiss Government.We could not have done this without the whole team. From the lovely message in the snow outside our chalet , messages on the lids of our delivered food, all the shopping, answering our requests in whats’s app within minutes,delivering us a much needed goody bag with champagne on Christmas Day and then the icing on the cake...... finding our teenage boys a PS4 . That was definitely a lifeline for our 16 year old and 19 year old who were truly losing the will to continue in isolation. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. After our quarantine was finished we had the most amazing time skiing with so much snow, it was definitely worth the wait. We were all very sad when we left as we as we felt like part of the fixtures and fittings. We have stayed at this chalet twice and it never disappoints, Thanks again to all the team The Douglas Family xxx

From the initial meeting when he put my mind at ease, to the amazing pictures from the online listing that showcased every beautiful aspect of the property, everything was smooth and, even if it took a bit longer than expected, Martin was right in the end and we found the perfect buyer together. Communication throughout the entire process was always timely and on point, professional and reliable, so I would highly recommend Martin!

Unprofessional, no communication skills, sneaky, loves telling lies, no care attitude until something needs sorting their end. Seems to magically forget or pretend to be unaware of rules and regulations. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this place. How it still runs baffles me. Shocking is an understatement
