25th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)I came back into the rental market after 7 years and felt a little trepidation about finding the right rental home and working with Estate Agents again. From the minute I contacted the team at Anthony Webb I could not have been looked after better. They organised a viewing of the flat I saw on Rightmove the next day and what really impressed me, is the interaction between the agent showing me the flat and the tenant who was there. They were clearly on great terms and both were happy to answer all the questions I had. I made the offer and it was accepted and I cannot speak highly enough of both the negotiating team and the contract team that have gone out of their way to look after me through the process. They have answered questions, alayed any fears, been happy to go back and forward to Landlord, promptly answered calls. It has been an absolutely outstanding service.

10th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Absolutely unacceptable level of service. I walked in today 10.04 as a potential tenant and was immediately met with a complete lack of professionalism. A staff member was casually eating and chatting while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, with no greeting or even basic recognition. After several seconds of being ignored, I was finally noticed, but the reaction I received made it very clear that my presence was seen as an interruption rather than a customer walking through the door. That kind of attitude is not only unwelcoming, it’s outright disrespectful. If this is how prospective clients are treated on first contact, it raises serious concerns about how the business operates overall. The owner should be concerned about this kind of behaviour being displayed to potential customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning or considering this place further. First impressions matter—and this one ensured there won’t be a second.
2nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Would leave 0 stars if I could. The initial agent (commercial letting) was great. The management and follow up could not be worse. They didn't give us the right keys, they left the place a mess, the agent responsible is unnecessarily rude, obtuse and arrogant. To any business owners, avoid these people at all costs. Atrocious.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care. The team at Lanes went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, whether it was providing regular updates, answering my endless questions, or offering expert advice at key stages. Their local knowledge of Enfield Town is second to none, and it was clear they genuinely cared about finding the best outcome for me. What really stood out was their attention to detail and personal touch. They made me feel like a valued client rather than just another transaction. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they were incredibly proactive in resolving any issues that arose. 16th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)Joel Woudstra from JA residential was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. When the agent for the flat I moved out of refused to grant a reference letter (for reasons none of us could explain...), he moved heaven and earth to try and persuade them into giving the letter. When that didn't go according to plan, he liaised with the referencing agency to get us approved and moved into the new flat. Honestly, the best agent I've had the pleasure of working with since I moved to London. I wouldn't recommend anyone but him.

The team were professional, approachable, and communicated clearly at every stage.<br><br>Andre and Jay deserve special recognition for their excellent service. They were proactive, clear, and reliable throughout, helping ensure everything progressed smoothly to completion.
24th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Really persevered on our property after our chain collapsed a few times, and impressed by efforts to keep everything on track. Like all estate agencies, there is pushing on both the buyer / seller side and that can feel uncomfortable at times but it was necessary to get the deal over the line. Would recommend.
13th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. Initially, the property was advertised for £2000, but after I agreed, the rent was suddenly increased to £2100. I was also asked to pay multiple deposits and advance rent, which I did in full. When I received the keys and moved in, the house was not ready at all. There were multiple issues—no proper electricity setup, no gas card, broken fittings, and unfinished repairs. Even though I was promised everything would be fixed, it took over a month after moving in to complete basic work. Later, serious issues like no heating and no hot water continued for months. Despite repeated complaints, the landlord failed to take responsibility and even asked me to arrange repairs myself, which is unacceptable when full rent is being paid. I gave proper notice and paid all rent up to my move-out date. However, now the landlord is refusing to return my deposit and is still making unreasonable demands. This has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional service, poor maintenance, and no accountability. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

Viewings were handled nicely, The estate agent kept the chain together when things got tricky, The professionalism was just great, proactive, Calm under pressure, I needed help with documents and he was very willing to help me with these, which I was very grateful, I would use them again & suggest them to others. Thank you so much.
