Adam and the staff have been so helpful and professional helping me throughout the process which I was dreading. They arranged viewings one Saturday and only 3 days later had a firm offer which I accepted and within 3 months contracts have been exchanged. Not only have the staff there dealt with selling my property but also helped me with correspondence from my solicitor and printing e.mails and forms which I am unable to do myself. I am so pleased with Putterills and would highly recommend them.

11th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I did not sell with them I removed my property because in 10 weeks they got me two viewings and another who didn’t show. I had two emails from them during the whole time. Very disappointed and as for you, the fact you think I’d sold through them tells be enough!

They work so well as a team that everyone is well informed and each of them is equally able to assist with any queries. 4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We were kept informed at every step of the journey selling our property, everything went smoothly on the sale and the process of selling, it also helped a great deal with the solicitors being in house as they can liaise with each other without having to go through us regarding small matters, the team managed our sale and was also very professional and efficient, the person who valued the property was spot on and was instrumental in us choosing Connells due to their local knowledge, putting forward suggestions regarding the potential for the property also, it seems the company are very prominent in the area which I didn't notice until we started selling, there are Connells for sale signs everywhere in the area which is comforting to know, Thank you.

She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!

They proposed a sensible pricing strategy which generated plenty of interest, arranged photography which showed the property to its best advantage and then efficiently handled the many enquiries and viewings. Once it was under offer (after only a couple of weeks), the team navigated us through to a speedy completion with professionalism and good humour. Couldn't be happier with their service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Wellington Evans were the agent of the house we were buying and treated us with honesty, transparency and respect throughout the entire process. It was a breath of fresh air when compared to our experiences of more ‘traditional’ agents. Each step of the process was explained to us and we were supported right through to completion day itself. I cannot imagine how much smoother the process would have been if we had sold and bought from Wellington Evans initially. But, we are in and settled and wish to express our thanks to James and his team for their efforts throughout.
