18th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I enquired about a property on Rightmove which was followed up by text message and no one got back to me after that, poor service
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I cannot recommend Hamza Ali at Rainbow Reid highly enough! I experienced an incredibly difficult and complex situation trying to secure my rental property, and it easily could have fallen through if it wasn’t for Hamza’s support and sheer determination. What truly set Hamza apart was the way he built a genuine relationship with both me and the landlord. By earning trust on both sides, he was able to successfully bridge the gap and push through every single hurdle. He completely went the extra mile for me, chasing the paperwork and refusing to give up until the keys were in my hand. His communication was flawless throughout a stressful situation, and his commitment to his clients is unmatched. If you want an agent who genuinely cares and will fight in your corner to get results, he is the absolute best in the business! His kindness and support will not be forgotten. A forever friend! Thank you, Hamza!! Also a special thanks to Pearl, who I never got to meet but gave the most outstanding support and help. Pearl went above and beyond helping with all admin needs.
25th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Thank you very much Zack
24th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Supercilious, patronising staff. Bullying me to comply with the supposed timing requirements of the purchaser. Not great.
7th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Bad communication and feedback - very poor customer care service, lacking sales experience, and insincere.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Kept me informed along the way
15th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Estate agent had family living in our block for decades and had lived here himself. He was clearly the best person to sell our flat. We received two offers within two weeks of listing the property.
2nd Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Great stay overall. Walking distance to grocery stores. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place, this is it. Our host also communicated well with us.
7th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
14th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)After my rental fell through at the last minute, Bradley was extremely helpful in finding me a new flat. Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! What a relief, I couldnt recommend him highly enough!
5th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the person on the phone. He seemed uninterested in helping and spoke in an abrupt and unprofessional manner throughout the conversation. Customer service should be a basic standard in this industry, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this estate agent.
25th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Very pushy , and lazy
13th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)|Good experience, whilst you have a main contact they work as a team so someone is able to step in if they are away etc.
17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.
6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Great service and overal great experince. Thank you to Waz who asssited all the way through.
7th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I had a great experience buying my first flat through Elderton & Co, and Louis was fantastic throughout the process. He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!
2nd Jun 2025 (1 year ago)A reassuringly straightforward, personable and professional service with excellent local knowledge. A great choice of properties for sale and rental in one of London's best neighbourhoods with the Heath on its doorstep.
6th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! We would not hesitate to recommend Lowther Estate Agents to anyone.
We have had to work with 4 estate agents over the last 2 years for various reasons and Lowthers were by far the best. Richard was our agent and point of contact right throughout the process, for both our purchase and our sale. He was exceptional - and everything we wanted from our agent. He was available, accessible, down to earth, accommodating with requests, never pushy - and he supplied regular communications and updates. He understood that the move was a major life event for us and he managed the whole process calmly and professionally, chasing where necessary and advising as required. Queries were answered very promptly, every time, via phone call or WhatsApp.
Our experience was that as a small family run business, Lowther Estate Agents were far better equipped than the bigger chains to give us the time and personal service we wanted, with Richard and Toni-Ann working together to manage the whole process. We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.

We had thought that all estate agents were pretty much the same. They are not!
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)David and team have managed our property for 5 years now. They are very helpful always and do their best to answer all our questions. They are proactive in sorting issues with our property and always provide timely updates. I would highly recommend their services.
13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would highly rocmmmend Edward Kozan Living London if you are willing to move in to your house stress -free with great support from Edward. Honestly Edward was a really nice polite staff helping us move into a new house with in just 1 week. His professional guidance and efficient process made the process very smooth and stress-free through out the whole 1 week process. We really appreciated his clear and positive communication and dedication to ensuring both parties were satisfied. Thanks to his support, we are now comfortably settled into our new home with my fiance ??????????????????.
9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Chloe has been exceptionally communicative, and has removed the stress from a quite stressful last-minute move. I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.
1st Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.
21st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Laurence Leigh Residential was highly recommended by a friend that has used this agency for several home sales and purchases. Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.

8th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have been very happy with the service I have received from Jayson Russell and have and will be happy to recommend them in the future
29th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Very negative experience. Never give them a deposit as they will take this and wont give you the place and will keep your deposit.
