Cyntia literally saved the day by arranging this beautiful apartment for us, allowing us to move in the very next day!<br><br>It’s honestly mind blowing when you think about it. 25th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I tried to view an apartment twice, and both times were a complete waste of my time:<br>First visit: The agent showed up, but the keys didn't work.<br>Second visit: They mistakenly booked me for two different time slots on the same day. I emailed them clearly to confirm one and cancel the other. When I arrived at the location, nobody showed up. I called, and they claimed the other slot was the active one in their system (which was 1.5 hours later).<br>The final attempt: I agreed to wait and came back for the other slot, arriving just 7 minutes late. I called them while I’m front of the building, they told me the agent was already inside and coming down—yet no one ever showed up.<br>To top it all off, I sent an official email detailing all of this, and I haven't even received a reply. Utterly unprofessional management and zero respect for clients' time.

4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)LOOK ELSEWHERE!!<br><br>One star, and only because zero isn't an option.<br><br>I rented through the West Hampstead branch for a year.<br>For the entire tenancy I repeatedly asked for letterbox keys and never received them. The property manager assigned to my flat changed several times over the year, so there was never anyone accountable and emails routinely went unanswered for weeks.<br><br>Checkout was worse. They proposed nearly £1400 in deposit deductions, including charges for pre-existing issues plainly visible in their own check-in report (a missing radiator cap documented as missing before I even moved in), £300 to clear a few small leftover items, and a £360 cleaning charge despite the full photographic record of the clean I provided. Every figure was a round number with no invoice attached.<br><br>The law puts the burden of proof for deposit deductions on the agent. This felt like a systematic attempt to monetise the deposit instead. Prospective tenants should look elsewhere.

Although they were appointed by the couple we were buying from and had no obligation to us, I found them super responsive and extremely helpful. What a great team led by Hussein Madarbakus, who happened to be the agent who sold me my flat 10 years ago so i didn't hesitate to go to him to sell it recently. Daniel McHenry was put in charge of my flat sale and he was very professional, always available and showed up for me 200%. I am not very trusting of estate agents, but this is a team you can trust !
