This was a not an easy transaction as the money was coming overseas. After a number of solicitors who did not have the experience to do this transaction, Luigi and Dean they put in touch with the right solicitor. From the very beginning, Jason has always been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, compliant, and consistently on top of everything. His communication has always been excellent, and I have always felt fully supported and well informed throughout the entire process. Over the years, I can honestly say their reliability and dedication have truly stood out. 16th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.
8th May 2026 (11 days ago)Having previously struggled to sell our property with Barnard Marcus and Martyn Gerrard we were sceptical Hamptons would be any better, but how wrong were we! Hamptons were exceptional from the start of the process to the end, Debbie in particular was an angel! Debbie knew our property inside out and really sold the house for every viewing, resulting in 2 offers! I wouldn't hesitate to use Hamptons again in the future and won't be considering any other agents for the job!
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Ryan went out of his way at the end of the process as we had already left the property and were 2hr drive away. His flexibility and kindness were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend the team to anyone selling a property in their area.

6th May 2026 (13 days ago)Selling my late fathers apartment was far from a straightforward process. Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

He was invariably patient and extremely helpful from viewing the property to signing the lease. He talked me through every step of the process, often letting me sit in the office so he was available if I needed any help. I highly recommend for his kindness, patience and understanding!

We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Jay for making the entire process much easier for us. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
1st May 2026 (18 days ago)I’ve had a really positive experience with Fred Haqiar at Kearns Residential over the past two years. As a property manager, he has consistently been helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any issues were handled promptly and professionally, which made renting much smoother and less stressful. Kearns Residential as a whole has been reliable and well-organised, and it’s clear they take good care of both tenants and properties. I’d definitely recommend Fred and the team to anyone looking for a dependable property management service.

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to.
