3rd Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)I can’t thank Nicole, Sophie or Jodie enough, the old tenants left and the house had to have a lot of work done, the whole lettings team helped me out with everything and then they rented it out (once all the work had been completed) in such a short time (6 weeks). Such a good team, well done girls. I would happily recommend you.
29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Picked up the keys to my son’s new house yesterday from Amy Woolley, we could not of been more impressed with how she dealt with us, seriously if I could give her 10 stars I would ?????? My son had a long wish list for his first step on the property ladder and knew he might have to compromise to find something in his budget . Amy lined up several properties to view on the same day and was extremely professional and patient. He then made an offer on his favourite one . Amy explained the purchase process step by step and kept in contact throughout . I would have no hesitation recommending Williams estate to anyone looking to Buy, sell or rent . Stephen cox

Marketing was excellent and the house sold very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, especially Charlie who regularly kept in touch with updates as the sale proceeded. Charlie was 'our rock' throughout; nothing was too much trouble for him, reassuring and supporting us at every stage. We would highly recommend the team and give 10 stars (if it were possible!)

Along with no pressure and really listened to what we was looking for in a property. This really set the tone for an overall positive and stress free experience with Parkers. Simon has dealt with our families properties for years, and really was insightful in helping us make our decision. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond to help, Simon is your guy. Emma has helped us throughout our whole purchasing journey. The endless emails and calls, nothing is too much for Emma to handle. Thank you Emma for all your patience, and speedy responses. We would not of made such a quick turnaround of offer placed to completion date without you! A real asset to the Team! We have seen many flats and the way how they show them, so we can tell Romans Thilehurst are the best :) From start to finish, their team was professional, but also they had such a human approach and were incredibly helpful. Brilliant agent Nathan Poulter showed us the flat. Brilliant Lorraine Coakley continued our process with paperwork and all the formalities. The letting process was smooth and transparent, making us feel well-supported throughout our entire process. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring people have an excellent letting experience. I highly recommend Romans for anyone looking to find their perfect home with zero hassle!

We are in the process of buying through their Towcester branch and so far the communication, pragmatic advice and guidance and the general support on offer has been second to none. The whole team have been great although we've worked mainly with Karen, who has without doubt gone above and beyond with communication, following up third parties, and keeping the process moving as quickly as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison.

For the past 5 years we had been using a well-known, international branded estate agents to rent our property however their service levels increasingly became very poor. Moving to Belvoir has been the best decision; we are experiencing really quick and clear communication, proactive and helpful advice and great support. We would strongly recommend Belvoir Estate agents for all your property needs.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family.
