She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??

11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)These people are cowboys and cowgirls, highly unprofessional course of dealings with these people. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.
8th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Parkers Chinnor and in particular Charlie Lowe have been absolutely outstanding for us during our house sale and move. Charlie (and Jayson also!) was such a personable individual who completely understands the area, the market and what a seller and a buyer needs to feel comfortable and relieved. Any emergency or issue and Charlie would go the extra mile to help, at times when not even in office! This is the second time we have used Parkers and would completely recommend to anyone. They have made what is a stressful time far more simple.
2nd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jade Allen was fantastic in helping get the purchase of Mum’s new house across the line. Throughout the process she had a constant battle with the vendor’s solicitor and I thank her for all of her hard work.
7th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Highly recommend Taylors in Bicester. Lincoln in particular was always available to answer questions and gave great advice throughout the process of selling our late mother's house. Made a difficult time as stress free as it could be.
2nd Mar 2026 (19 days ago)I called to book-in an evaluation, and was calling many estate agents. You wanted to complete a form, which I understand, but then you said, 'Well, I can't go ahead without your address.' I hung up. Don't let your process drive your customer interaction, because you have lost the opportunity sell a large house. *** Updated Based on the Reply Below *** No other estate agent asked me for that 'essential information'.

She made the experience as stress-free as it could be and was extremely helpful when I was struggling to understand the process. She was friendly and easy to contact, always with quick responses to any issues that needed to be solved on my end. The information she provided was always accurate and she really went the extra mile to help push the referring process through in a tight deadline, which was greatly appreciated. I would really recommend Allen & Harris to anyone looking to rent in Oxford.

They were always politely available to communicate with and it all went very smoothly. A good house selling experience all round.

They found me great tenants, walked alongside me through the process of getting flat ready for rental so smoothly, and I can honestly say I sleep easy knowing that they are managing the property. 13th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right through to the final sale. It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!

They went above and beyond for me, I lived a 2 hour drive away and they were amazing, being there for lots of little things to save me a trip north I would 100% recommend them

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

The marketing was of a very high standard and we were very pleased with how our property was presented and marketed. Sharon was always friendly and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Communication especially was really good throughout the process. Regular updates and dialogue definitely helped make a potentially stressful process a lot more easier to manage. A big thank you to Sharon and the supporting team. We had a very positive experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use you again and we are more than happy to recommend you.
