A really friendly, efficient and pro active team who keep you informed with real integrity throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend the entire team at Abingdon and Didcot. If they didnt know a particular question we had , they would find out promptly and ALWAYS returned our calls .A thoroughly pleasant, approachable and staff. Incredibly professional, always reachable, supportive and understanding throughout the process. In addition we made a tidy profit on both houses. From the very beginning, through exchange and past completion Savills was always there and supportive. I would like to mention Nicky Quentel and Huw Warren who are absolutely outstanding. We had a positive experience then and achieved more sales price than other local agents advised. This time we were looking to let our property and the Ashtons lettings agent Colin Hickey was helpful, easy to talk with and professional from the start. He told us what he thought could be achieved and then went on to deliver. My phone calls have never been ignored, there has never been a problem getting through or expressing our viewpoints. Indeed I cannot fault the service but only commend. Very glad we made the decision we did. Happily recommend
19th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.- 24th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Outstanding experience.
