She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . But Perry Bishop did a great job of getting the sale over the line and supported us all the way in difficult times. We particularly want to acknowledge Jade Allen, who did an outstanding job keeping on top of the chain. She worked tirelessly to co-ordinate with buyers and their solicitors and kept us constantly updated. She also kept our spirits up when it seemed it would never happen. We feel it may never have happened if it wasn’t for the commitment Jade put into it. We highly recommend the service provided by Jade and the Perry Bishop team in Cirencester.

Initially meeting with Pippa to discuss the property and my requirements as a landlord, she took everything on board, was very professional and focussed on my preferences. She was always there to give me sound advice when needed and I always felt like a valued customer. The viewings were made by Barbora. She is amazing! Kept me informed, answered my emails quickly, always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I also felt that Barbora knew the kind of tenant I was looking for and gave me great advice. She went above and beyond many times and is a huge asset to Belvoir. My last tenancy was very challenging, through no fault of Belvoir's and both Barbora and Pippa worked tirelessly to get everything sorted out. I am really happy with the new tenants I have, they are just what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belvoir Tadley to any landlord looking for a trustworthy, honest and responsive agent.

This was not an easy sale to progress, Graeme was spinning lots of plates, in a difficult chain, including keeping me up to date with information as and when I needed it. When i had questions about the process he was patient in explaining things to me. His communication via phone, voice mail and email has been first class. I would recommend Graeme Pierce and his team at Thomas Merrifield without a doubt. 100% first class service.

Selling my mother's home was always going to be an emotional process, and Jacob at Orchid Estate Agents handled every aspect of it with genuine care and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, his communication was exemplary. We were kept informed at every stage, never left wondering what was happening, and always felt like a priority. He achieved a fantastic price, moved things along at impressive speed, and did it all with a calm, reassuring manner. If you're looking for an agent who combines real expertise with genuine human warmth, Jacob is exactly that. We wouldn't hesitate to use Orchid again.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

After having our flat on the market for three years with multiple other agents and getting nowhere, he managed to secure a sale in just two months. From the start , he has been proactive, communicative, and genuinely motivated to get the best outcome for our family. The difference in approach compared to our previous experiences was night and day – better marketing, regular updates, and a real sense that he cares about the service he provides.
17th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.
