It has truly been a pleasure working with them so far, everything has been made easily comprehensible and they have both reassured and supported us within this process.- 11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all our questions. 9th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.- 11th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Highly recommend Ana Prifti mortgage advisor from Connells , who patiently guided me through the process of my mortgage application and made sure that the process is as quick and smooth as possible!

As soon as we started dealing with Connells we could tell it was much better customer service. Jasmine and Chloe have been great at keeping in touch and keeping you informed of the process. They were very knowledgeable about the property and very friendly and helpful, which really helped the decision to go with the flat they showed us, as we knew we would get much better support from them compared to the original letting agency we talked to. Their knowledge of the Headington and wider Oxford property market was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was always prompt and reassuring, which made a real difference. On both occasions call-backs were promised but never happened. It seems they can afford to turn away potential clients and business. We will now use other agents.

Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…
29th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)?In my opinion, the Abingdon office's lack of communication shows disrespect for someone else’s time and is simply unacceptable. After requesting more details about the property, I received an email and a voicemail requesting that I call back asap, as I was informed that their ''properties are letting very quickly''. I returned the call within 5min and was advised that Gary would call me back because he was busy at that moment. I have been attempting to arrange a viewing for a week now; however, my call has not been returned and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Silence is not an acceptable standard of customer service — particularly after collecting personal information. I have now requested that they erase all of my personal information from their records as it appears my data was collected without any intention of providing the requested service.

Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.
