12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We spent several months searching for the right property and looked at more houses than I can count. Reed Residential never made us feel rushed or pressured into settling. They gave honest opinions about properties and pointed out things we might have missed. That honesty helped us avoid a few homes that probably would have caused problems later.
2nd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)My first BLT with Leaders was a great experience. Martin was extremely helpful, supporting me from start to finish until the tenant moved in. I also had an emergency (flooding) just the day before the tenant moved in, and Martin went above and beyond to help me find an engineer to fix the leak. Highly recommended!
30th May 2026 (19 days ago)Temme English have been so professional through the whole process of selling my house. It was not an easy sale and it was a struggle to find a buyer with an acceptable offer, but they were patient throughout. The whole team were very helpful, especially Louise. She was not only helpful, she was supportive and kind and understanding. I would highly recommend their service. Fees are also very reasonable.

My sale took longer than usual because of some issues in the process , but Donna gave her full attention to this and was completely dedicated to chasing the solicitors and updating me as quick as she could. Donna went over and above for me, even replying to emails on her day off. They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. They are genuinely lovely people! Thank you both again for everything!

She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage. 10th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We had previously used another supposedly successful/well known/etc. yawn…local agent and were underwhelmed by their lack of energy & interest in helping us sell our Thorpe Bay property. We approached Hendricks & got a very different and positive response. Hendricks are a relatively young but extremely switched-on outfit that knows it needs to perform in order to establish itself. We felt Hendricks listened to us describe our situation and stepped up to ensure an all-round improved customer experience. Brad was an incredible front man - highly responsive from start to finish. Alfie demonstrated real depth of understanding contractually and the combination of their team was highly supportive and led to a very fast offer-to-completion time of 9 weeks! In an industry renowned for its disproportionate share of empty promises we would recommend Hendricks unreservedly.
