8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

They’ve completely changed my (very outdated) opinion of house selling / buying and I could not be more grateful for their support through what was a more complex sale than we originally thought! They have the relationships and the know-how, which is a hard-to-find combo, but it’s the only one that will get you where you need to be. Big love and thanks to John and his team, because when it comes down to it, they made my dreams come true!

Communication was fantastic, whenever I phoned, someone from the team always picked up or phoned back. I also received regular emails which was also very good and reassuring. I have mainly spoken with Kai, who has always been very prompt to respond (when not available, the rest of the team have stepped in to make the process seamless) and is always willing to help. When viewing properties, he was informative but allowed for looking without being overbearing. I dealt with Jackie Nathan who understood my house, my area and the current market incredibly well. She gave great advice and talked me through all my options. As a result, my property was presented at its very best and appropriately priced from the outset - no reductions, plenty of viewings and a fast sale. The wider team were friendly and timely, managing viewings with great courtesty. I would highly recommend Jackie and the team for anyone looking to sell.

I didn’t feel as if I was dealing with strangers it was like telling a friend what I was looking for in my next home and they listened understood and the first property I was shown was the one for us … it just goes to show that the agents know exactly what a buyer wants and keep their needs in mind when short listing properties for you …. We have zero hiccups dealing with the agency the lovely Fran is such a great agent who is as excited as you are about the property she finalises then not to forget Lauren and Natasha who have been amazing when I couldn’t find Fran and was freaking out lolll … if you are a first time buyer I would definitely recommend them the best interest when helping you find your forever home ….
