Some parts of the process were quite complicated, but Arikson was always patient, responsive, and clear in his communication. He communicated quickly and effectively with both the seller’s side and the buyer’s side, helping to keep the process moving forward. I really appreciated that he tried to support me as much as he could throughout the purchase. Thanks to his help and professionalism, we were able to complete the process successfully. Since taking over the management of my property in late October 2025, she has been absolutely phenomenal at getting things done swiftly and efficiently. The moment I report any issues or repairs required in my property, Chelsea is instantly on it and always ensures everything is handled promptly. I truly cannot thank her enough for her commitment, professionalism, and support towards her tenants. She is such a valuable asset to Stirling Ackroyd, and I sincerely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you Chelsea ??????.

10th May 2026 (11 days ago)Tom was extremely knowledgable about the property and the Balham area. And was very professional when sharing information about the owners and reasons they were selling. He was very prompt in responding to us and co-ordinated repeated access to the property for us and our specialist surveyors and contractors. This is the third time I have bought a residential property (also sold two) and Tom was the most helpful property agent I have dealt with, at no time pressurising us to make a hasty decision. The purchase process progressed quickly, thanks to his involvement, we had completed and moved in within 4 months of making an offer.

7th May 2026 (14 days ago)We recently purchased our bungalow through Alan de Maid Orpington. Our main contact was Caleb and he was excellent. Kept us updated throughout the process and kept our solicitors and our selling agent also updated James who also works in the Orpington branch was also very helpful and knowledgeable when we called for any updates or questions. I would definitely recommend using this agent for your house sale or purchase.

They have always been available to talk to and they have also helped me resolve issues in my flat by arranging for engineers on my behalf. Would definitely recommend them as agents as they are trustworthy, very good with the management of the property and transparent with fees and services.
16th May 2026 (5 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again.

His enthusiasm and genuine passion for the property made the viewing enjoyable from start to finish. Jacob is also showing around a family friend's property, and I have no doubt he'll do it complete justice and have made them aware they are lucky to have him doing the viewings!
