Despite the difficulties of the situation, they remained patient, supportive, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Even in what was clearly an unpleasant and challenging circumstance, they both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they continue to support me, but they also showed remarkable patience in dealing with my concerns and questions.Their respectful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for my situation made a real difference during a stressful time. It was clear that they truly had my best interests at heart and were committed to helping in every way possible. Tyrese and Megan were outstanding, and I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication they showed. Their support did not go unnoticed.

25th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Rodrigo called me yesterday to arrange a viewing in Oval, with viewings organised between 1700 and 1800 for today. I confirmed 1745 on my day off. At 1649 I received an email confirming the viewing and requesting my phone number, despite calling me the day before. I received a phone call at 1722 to cancel the viewing from another agent, not sure who but she was apologetic and polite. I don’t believe for a minute it was due to the tenant cancelling half way through the viewing slot but Rodrigo not setting it up. The man didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel himself. I wasted a two and a half hour round trip on my day off. Absolute clown behaviour. Thank you.- 25th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Good experience dealing with Taran recently. 4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 25th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

I found all the staff to be really helpful, approachable and professional, offering useful advice on the best way to proceed and pricing. The marketing as done to very high standard and they were were able to find a buyer pretty rapidly. The sale went on for a the usual extended period and during that time they were always available to help with queries and issues as they came up.

Kelly and Eddie managed to find us good buyers, quickly, in a tough market and were amazing at pushing the sale through across the whole chain. They were friendly, always responsive, and from what we heard and saw were honestly much better than the other local agents in our chain. If you want agents who make the whole process of selling in this country much much easier definitely give the team at Langford russell beckenham a ring.

Needless to say that I can't be more satisfied with their services as they've never put a foot wrong while I've been a client. Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with there (Richard, Mat, Hollie, Mathy etc.) have been nothing short of brilliant. As a landlord living in Singapore, above anything I trust them and value their level of proactiveness, communication and genuine care when it comes to my tenants' - and of course - my property's wellbeing. If you're looking for a Property Management company in South West London (to rent or sell), and want to work with people who know what they are doing - look no further than the folks at Avrasons.- 10th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Although we did not move forward with the flat we viewed with John Payne, we found the service level to be a real breath of fresh air. Quick call back from enquiry, and friendly demeanour on the phone. We were shown around a property by Oliver and although not right for us, we were both impressed with him. He was informative, and direct, and I did not feel like I was being lead up the garden path with cheap sales language. Would absolutely recommend, and in particular Oliver at the Blackheath branch!

Emily showed us the property and both Emily and Georgina were very helpful throughout the whole process. They supported us with all the paperwork, answered our questions, and made everything smooth and straightforward. Both were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated their help in securing our new home and would happily recommend them.
26th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)STAY AWAY!! I first put my property on rent with foxtons. the manager at the Margot told me as this was the second property I was letting with Foxtons there would be no charges for 6months. This was a tactic to get my business as when the tenant was found they only wanted a 6 month let. I was told the next tenancy the discount would be applied. However, when the time arrived Margot stopped responding and then I was told that the deal was finished and they could not uphold this. As they ( Charlie) found tenants I went to foxtons again, big mistake. The tenants were awful and Foxtons did not help at all. Once Foxtons took over £5k for their fees from the rent they did nothing to help the situation with the tenants. The tenants then tried to place legal action based on misrepresentation of the property that Foxtons advertised. When I alerted Foxtons , Foxtons have tried to put the blame back on myself. I have asked for the managers details 3 time via email but still do not get it. I have request a SAR so awaiting this as Foxtons has said I did not inform them that the roof was not demised the flat ( which I did numerous times). All I have asked Foxtons for was to refund me the fees from now til the end of the tenancy so the tenants can leave ( as this is their preference) but Foxtons refuse. Honestly stay away.
