William, who is a trainee at Acorn, was an absolute star and made a very stressful process super easy and stress free for myself and family. They are clear from the outset regarding their fees, processes & also managing expectations throughout. They are great with keeping up regular communication & are just generally nice people to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Cockburn.

We found Daniel to be very friendly in the beginning, and then just straight up pushy and tactical.<br>His team were ok, but it would often take a long time to get full responses which is frustrating when purchasing a property.

Pauline and Jaymeesha looked after our house making letting a lot simpler than we ever thought it would be.<br><br>After this we decided to sell our property and Stuart helped us throughout the process with the selling side of things as we have now sold our house.<br><br>Webbs have been very professional and I would highly recommend them for both sales and lettings. Pauline helped us buy our first house over 20 years ago and was the first port of call for us to sell as well.<br><br>Highly recommended. Five stars

21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)To any freeholders looking to give Stapleton Long the responsibility of managing your property please think twice. As a leaseholder I was subject to the really poor service of Stapleton Long, without any choice in the matter of who our managing agent is.<br>My first complaint is their lack of attention to detail; nearly every account or bill needed triple checking and was often wrong. The details of our lease were ignored and constant checking and reminding was needed.<br>The second complaint would be their lack of action. During our sale we had very slow response times that held up the process and taking action for repairs was even worse. A major roof repair took over a year before any action was taken. I'm still owed money for repairs in an annual service charge that were never carried out.<br><br>In their defence, they were always available to speak to on the phone. But I feel for any other leaseholders who have them as their managing agent.

15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.

1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had such a seamless referencing and handover experience with Docklands Estates. Moving house is usually stressful however this time the least stressful part was dealing with the Estate agents. They went out of their way to make it as hassle free as possible for me and judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the ethos. It’s very refreshing . I moved a month ago and that level of service has continued into my tenancy. They deliver a very bespoke style service where it’s not just a sale and you’re forgotten about. I would like to give a special credit to Laila who has been managing my property. She has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and honestly I can’t thank her enough. Things aren’t always perfect in a move, but Docklands have always been there and at hand ready to help and resolve if I’ve ever had any potential issues on my side, rather than me stress out or feel alone handling it. Other estate agents could definitely take a leaf out of their book. Everything is also handled with the upmost professionalism which I like, but with a friendly tone. Thank you Docklands, and Laila for your hard work and doing what you do ??

12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.<br><br>Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.<br><br>Steer clear.

Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance. Justin supported all the way through the sales process, was always available to help, and personally visited to get documents signed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you
