I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

She was also completely professional. We did not end up getting a let with Chase - but Robyn was exceptional - so I wanted to acknowledge that very loudly.

Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! 18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Staff were friendly but just a bit useless. Kept on saying stuff would be sorted but never did, had to rely on just the landlady due to no help from them. Even till the last day it was a challenge to even get my holding deposit back, they kept on saying "it was with the finance team", delays taking around 1 and a half months. BE WARNED, had to even get the holding deposit company involved to get them to take the money and retrieve it off them, hard to say if it is incompetence, or money lost. This was after we agreed it would be returned within 10 days and after the landlady said the property was fine and we could have the full amount back, they just missed the deadline by a month. Just be aware anyone who chooses to go with them it will be a challenge to get even pennies off them. Terrible first experience with them.

Recently Jessica Fuller has taken responsibility for my properties and I could not recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism, knowledge and recent tenacity when dealing with tenants on my behalf has been second to none. I am very much looking forward to continuing to work with Jess going forward and feel confident that my properties continue to be in very safe hands.

21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Jonathan Daykin at Foxtons Putney hounded me for days when my tenants left to relet my flat. I pushed back saying Foxtons commission was too high. When I eventually said I would not continue with them, Foxtons reassigned my utility bills against my knowledge and without informing m, to a company who have proceeded to cut my supply to electricity and gas. I have been asking for assistance from the Foxtons Putney office who have been letting my flat for the last 5 years, they do not return my calls or emails. Foxtons have blocked Ovo from transferring my supply to Octopus Energy and even though it’s their mess, if they don’t see a financial incentive, they are not interested! So shoddy and it proves they are only interested in your money and not providing a good customer service.
