10th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Hamptons Tower Bridge, particularly during the final few months of our tenancy.<br><br>After nearly four years as reliable tenants, I felt there was very little consideration for the fact that this was our home. Communication from Scott was often rude, abrasive and lacking in empathy, particularly when discussing a potential tenancy renewal.<br><br>The move-out process was equally disappointing. There was little guidance around checkout expectations, which I believe contributed to avoidable deductions from our deposit. We also received repeated requests for same-day property viewings, despite our tenancy agreement requiring 24 hours’ notice.<br><br>Moving home is already stressful and expensive, and I expected much better from an established lettings agency. Our landlord was always fair and reasonable, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for our experience with Hamptons.<br><br>I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the experience for future tenants. I certainly wouldn’t choose to use Hamptons again.
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Best agents in Surbiton - by far!<br><br>We have used Matthew James on 7 separate transactions and they were brilliant every time. They give great advice, are a joy to deal with and manage everything with the utmost professionalism and skill. They are incredibly responsive (returning calls within minutes). We couldn’t have managed the sales without them, because they did so much of the transaction management to keep everything on track, and they found really lovely buyers for all the properties we sold. Buying and selling property can be stressful, but MJ make the whole process so much easier. All buyers they introduced were genuine and completed each sale, so there was no wasted time for anyone. Everyone in the office is terrific! Highly recommended.

She understood exactly what we were looking for and was especially supportive when we needed to discuss some important points with the vendor after the survey. She has a lovely personality and was always a pleasure to deal with. We’re really grateful for her help!

Thomas Kenny was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He was very adaptable to what we needed to happen at different points throughout the purchase and we felt supported throughout, which made it feel much less stressful!

Although I didn’t end up securing a property through her, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative throughout the process. As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how clearly she explained the new rental laws and everything I needed to be aware of. She was always happy to answer my questions and made the process feel much less daunting. Thank you, Bhavika!

7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.<br><br>When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.<br>Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.<br>This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!<br>She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I recently bought a property in Wick Hall. That process took us 6 months. From initial research before going on the market, of many different blocks and flats in our targeted area, to actually moving in last week. Wick Hall was not included in my thoughts but I saw two flats for sale there on Right Move in April. Intrigued I called the agent Phillips and Still to ask about why two flats in the same block were so different on price. My call was answered by Alice King who offered to show me both even though we weren't yet on the market. That kindness and underlying professionalism from the first meet, built up a complete trust in Alice. We weren't ready to go then. Alice then contacted me when another property came up. We had a viewing and the flat stayed in our minds a a potential. After further thought we contacted Alice again and told her that we'd be putting an offer in subject to selling our house. Which by being on a very popular family residential area and in excellent condition sold quickly. Alice helped us with additional viewings, and also during negotiating the sale. Alice was a constant support and positive always. She is also an expert on Wick Hall so fully able to answer all the questions. She also helped us on moving day with the caretaker. We cannot thank both Alice and Phillips and Still enough for our experience, during the process. Fully reccomended this Estate agent.

I really appreciated you both making yourselves available at short notice to deal with the situation. Your knowledge and experience are second to none. I felt very comfortable taking the tenant to court, and I was even able to recover my court fees. I would highly recommend the landlord support service.

My experience was that market for flats are difficult to move people interested but had to drop the price considerably. Also frustrated that ridiculous offers were made by buyers and people that didn't have enough depoist or mortage in place prior to making offers.

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)?????<br><br>I would highly recommend Graham Butt Estate Agents following my experience of selling my property through them.<br><br>Buying and selling a house can be an incredibly stressful process, but the team at Graham Butt have been friendly, professional and supportive throughout.<br><br>I particularly want to give a special mention to Laura, their Sales Progressor, who has been absolutely outstanding. I understand this is a relatively new role within Graham Butt, and I honestly cannot emphasise enough what a fantastic addition it is.<br><br>Laura has gone above and beyond to keep things moving, regularly chasing solicitors, communicating with everyone involved in the chain and keeping me updated. She has been incredibly approachable, patient and reassuring, particularly during the more stressful stages of the process.<br><br>Having someone dedicated to progressing the sale and keeping everyone informed has made such a difference. Laura genuinely cares about her clients and is an absolute credit to Graham Butt.<br><br>A huge thank you to Laura and the team for helping me get to the finish line. 23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I had never heard of Frank Schippers until I visited friends who were selling their home in Crowthorne and they suggested I contact them regarding letting a flat I owned. Thank goodness they did as I have now been a client of Frank Schippers for over 10 years and in that time found all those I dealt with very professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.<br>For 8 of those years my wife and I were resident in France so unable to deal directly with the occasional problems that tenants reported and the team invariably dealt with these situations promptly and efficiently and kept us up to date with progress thus ensuring tenants were also kept happy too. I would also add that I found all the contractors they used efficient and cost effective.<br>After previous experience of letting with another well known local agent Frank Schippers took all concerns off our shoulders and ensured there was minimal turn over of tenants thus reducing the number moving in and out and all the additional costs of handover fees etc.etc..<br>I have recently sold the property and whilst this was a long and protracted experience, none of which I stress was not the fault of Frank Schippers, I was kept up to date with by members of the team as was my local solicitor. Somehow everyone involved managed to keep up my flagging feelings by their commitment to the sale.<br>I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an Estate Agent to either manage their properties or simply buying or selling a property to at least put Frank Schippers near the top of your list and better still call into their conveniently placed offices in Crowthorne for a chat and get a feel for the people involved. I am sure you wont be disappointed.

2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.

Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
