9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I cannot recommend this rental. They show no respect for tenants. Our confirmed move?in date was suddenly delayed. While the house appeared clean on the surface, it was very dirty internally, and they refused to fix pre?move?in defects. Countless emails and phone calls brought no meaningful resolution. Old and broken appliances, poor hygiene, and highly unprofessional customer service.

Scott was responsive, transparent, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and making sure the process went smoothly. Even when Scott was unavailable, the entire RHW team knew me and ensured the process continued to progress and answered all of my questions.<br><br>I highly recommend RHW, definitely one of the few agencies that personally invests in each person who walks through the door!

I honestly have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family or anyone looking for a great team & Estate agents.....

The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

What makes the distinction?<br><br>Buying a property can take time, and quite early into our search, my wife and I found ourselves saying, "We really hope we end up buying through Robert Leech."<br><br>The reason? Lisa.<br><br>We'd started building a relationship with Lisa through numerous viewings, conversations and even some pretty tough negotiations. And over time, we came to realise that our relationship with Lisa and Robert Leech was far more than just transactional.<br><br>Now, Lisa doesn't blur the lines about who she represents. She's instructed to get the best deal for her client, and rightly so. But what makes her different is that, despite us not being her client, we genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart too.<br><br>With every viewing, proposal or negotiation, Lisa wasn't just looking at the property or the numbers. She was thinking about our family. Guiding us in a way that protected us financially, supported us locally and helped us make sensible, informed decisions.<br><br>We never felt like just another couple of potential buyers. 22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)With regard to the competitors based in Clacton on Sea, Mike Vincent and Sons Ltd have proved to me they are far the best Estate Agent to liaise with. They are experts in their field but also have very kind, patient personalities; a real plus when you are trying to sell your property with other issues causing extreme distress. If anyone were to ask me who to place their property for sale with I would immediately say Mike Vincent and Sons. I would, publicly, like to give a big, warm thanks to both Mr Ian Hunter and Mr David Gees for all their help regarding the promotion and sale of my property. Many thanks to both you hard working gentlemen (Also best wishes to the newcomer - Lewis).

I used them to sell my Broadstairs flat and also purchased with them in Birchington.<br><br>Manager Billy Watson clearly enjoys his job and was the most professional of the different estate agents who came to value my now former property.<br><br>The staff were always friendly and positive and helped where they could; they also got lots of viewings in for me. Thanks to Keryn Hitchcock and Lucy Munday.<br><br>A final thank you to my sales progressor Sally Bryant who did lots of chasing with the solicitors. Sally kept me well informed and returned phone calls, as well as emailing updates on the way. Birchingtons progressor Rachel was also friendly to chat to on the phone regarding the purchase.<br><br>It was also a lovely surprise to get a welcome box for my newly purchased home.<br><br>Thanks everyone!

Fran, Natasha, Lauren and Carole have been nothing but professional, very good, clear communication and have expertly advertised my flat which is a tough sell. In fact, I bought the flat from them many years ago also. Additionally, they have also dealt with the rental management for nearly 10 years. They really are a friendly, upbeat bunch and would recommend them 100%!!!

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.

Each interaction was lovely, my questions were answered in a timely way. All forms, a contract, the inventory and welcome pack were all processed swiftly and easily all with a sense of 'hand holding' throughout the process. Congratulations to the whole team, I look forward to spending happy times in my great and new rental property.

We met with 3 agents for valuation and felt that Damien gave us the best advice re listing price. The app they set up for all communications between us was excellent. They also were easy to get hold of if needed a call.
