Lee is a relatively new addition to the team, and he has been a fantastic one.<br><br>He has taken care of issues for me in a way I haven’t experienced in the past. He’s extremely responsive, proactive, and has a real “get things done” mentality. Rather than just acknowledging a problem, he follows it through and makes sure it actually gets resolved, usually very quickly.<br><br>Lee has genuinely been one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. Thank you for your continuous support and for making such a difference.

7th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. 27th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

Couple of times wanted to pull it off the market but Gary persuaded to stick with it!<br>Hannah and the lady who showed people round were very helpful during the marketing process so thanks to them!<br>Kim who oversaw the STC process what a gem and an asset to Wards friendly and kept up to date with progress or anything missing etc!<br>I’m sure Gary is breathing a sigh of relief ??????thanks Gary for changing my mind !<br>Everyone was friendly and professional!<br>Thanks Hermione ??????

30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I went to rent a house from this agency in Heddington, the agents are very deceitful and try to force you to pay 0 deposit scheme and then they force you to take out insurance to your personal belongings, they lie that owner doesn't accept without something like that, when I wanted to pay full deposit, he just wants to scam you to make you pay monthly fees and to avoid pay full deposit. I applied to three houses, of which he told me they rejected me, but I applied that I didn't want a zero deposit and I didn't want insurance, they called me, talked to us on the phone for five minutes and suggested that it would be better to put in a zero deposit offer and The insurance and I told them that I was convinced to pay the deposit that I would get it back at the end of the rent they said ok I will send your offer to lanlord and in less than two minutes after I hang up the phone he sent me an email that the lord refused my offer. lying to make you pay extra for their company month after month insurance and zero deposit that.with other companies you pay a certain amount as insurance and that's it, not with them you have to pay month by month, I don't recommend the most fraudulent agency

Kian, Fiona and the team have been super helpful during the entire process (which was not an easy and quick one because the house was under probate). Kian kept us informed all throughout the process with great communication and being a go-between us and the seller to try and move things along as swiftly and quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend.

We had some really great conversations where he gave me a realistic and honest view of the position I am in regarding buying and selling in the current market. His advice was based on what he knew about me by asking thoughtful questions, and having clearly listened carefully to the answers. When I am in a position to move forward again I will not hesitate to put my trust in Steve and Miles and Barr to help me move into my dream home

Many, many hurdles had to be overcome, but at every point she advocated for me, kept me informed and worked incredibly hard to find a way forward.<br><br>What could easily have been an incredibly stressful process was made so much easier by having someone who was responsive, compassionate and genuinely solution-focused on the other end of the phone. I never felt like just another application or reference number - I felt that Phoebe genuinely wanted to help me and my daughter secure our home.<br><br>Even when things became complicated, she never simply accepted that something couldn't be done. She communicated clearly with everyone involved, explored the available options and kept things moving until we finally got there.<br><br>I'm enormously grateful to her, and Leaders are very lucky to have her.
