The team handled all the viewings for us and contacted us regularly with updates and we were so pleased to receive several offers within a couple of weeks.<br><br>Special thanks to Nic, Olivia and Neil who managed the sale through to completion.<br><br>I would highly recommend Beresfords in Maldon for their professional and expert service.

13th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)My partner and I had decided to put our house on the market, potentially moving to a bigger house. Doing our due diligence, we made a decision to get four different Real Estate Agencies to visit, so we could also gauge the professionalism and expertise of various agents.<br><br>Somebody had suggested that we should also give Jessica, the owner of this company, to evaluate our home too. Three different real estate agencies sent their reps to evaluate our home, give us their terms, and provide us with written documents of what they were able to do for us. We gave Jessica the same opportunity. When Jessica arrived, we noticed that even prior to looking at our house, she had written down a figure representing the value of our home! My partner and I were surprised that how could she evaluate our home even prior to looking at it! Anyway, Jessica was very friendly and presentable, talked to us about her services and what she was willing to do for us. This is exactly the same as other agents had done, except, the other agents provided us with a figure value after examining the house, and seeing all the improvements that we had made to our home.<br><br>As we had done with the other agents, we asked Jessica to email us with all the information that she had verbally presented. Jessica agreed to do so. However, Jessica was the only real estate agent, amongst the four, that never followed up with any information upon her departure!<br><br>We were quite disappointed with the fact that, how could someone, who considered themselves as an experienced agent, simply evaluate a house based on what other houses in the area had sold! We believe that Jessica came up with that conclusion solely based on the square footage of the house, regardless of all the improvements and modernization that had been made to the house!! Similarly, not providing us with a follow up, as she had promised, was a major disappointment.<br><br>I am glad that we decided not to employ Amilies state agents. Apart from Jessica‘s polite mannerism, I could not recommend this agency.
17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can't thank all the team at Hunt Roche enough for all their support and help when we sold my mums house with them. The team work promptly and proficiently..and explain every step along the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling a property. The whole team in the Leigh-on-sea office deserve medals for how they handled all points of our sale..especially Ben and Jo..and much as I am glad it is all done now..I am almost sad because talking with them was always a pleasure. 5 stars well deserved!!!
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)1 STAR – VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE<br><br>I contacted Wards Broadstairs regarding a £1,550 per month apartment at Gallery Walk in Margate. I was genuinely interested in the property and simply wanted to ask a few questions before deciding whether to arrange a viewing.<br><br>Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to by the member of staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel as though I was wasting her time simply by asking questions. I was told that I would need to earn approximately £47,000 per year to qualify. I explained that my income is around £45,000 and asked whether there were any alternative options, such as a guarantor, but there seemed to be absolutely no willingness to discuss this.<br><br>I completely understand that letting agents have affordability criteria and checks to follow. That is not my complaint. My complaint is the attitude and lack of basic customer service.<br><br>I am a local resident and a business owner with two businesses in Margate, and I was genuinely looking to rent locally. With rental properties sitting empty because of high asking prices, I would expect an estate agent to at least speak to potential tenants respectfully and professionally.<br><br>A few simple questions should not feel like an interrogation.<br><br>Very disappointing experience with Wards Broadstairs. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should be treated with respect even when they may not immediately meet a particular affordability calculation.

She also kept us constantly updated throughout the process of renting our new place, which made everything feel much more straightforward.<br><br>We would definitely recommend Hinton for your next rental! We rented our first home together through Martin and Co, and had a wonderful experience with the whole team - notably Annabel and James.<br><br>Renting for the first time can be nerve wracking, and we’d heard all the horror stories about unresponsive managing agents and other issues, but you’ll get none of that with Martin and Co. We stayed in the same property for three years, and this was largely due to the peace of mind we had from our interactions with the team.<br><br>Always quick to respond to any queries we have, and incredibly helpful through any rare teething issues with the flat. The team really care about their tenants and the properties they manage and it shows.

Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.<br>They were there for every phone call or message. Very professional and I felt they spoke to me like I was a person not just a client.<br>Martine went above and beyond to help me in every aspect even after completion.<br>Best ever service I have ever received.
6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
