He was incredibly helpful and honest during the offer process, and then continued to be very responsive and flexible with helping us with the move in. I’ve dealt with other estate agents in the past who would be 20min late to viewings, or set you on a bidding war with others who had placed an offer, for example. In contrast, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism we experienced here. We’re loving our flat so far and would definitely recommend Knight Frank.

As a first-time buyer, he was particularly helpful, guiding me through every step of the process with clear communication and a genuine desire to get the best and most efficient outcome.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.
16th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Horrendous unscrupulous company who hire contractors and then absolve themselves of any responsibility for their faulty workmanship. My flat has been out of use for two months since they flooded it. Engage this firm at your peril.
18th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I had a misfortune of bidding on a property and winning the bid with this estate agency. I immediately paid for a search pack and booked a surveyor only two months into the process to be told that the property hasn't been registered on land registry and it will take a year to sort it out. Really disappointed in Doug Paterson who should have checked this before putting this property on the market. They cost me a lot of money and time.<br><br>Update: since I posted the review above Doug contacted me and tried to blackmail me into removing this review saying he might provide information to my home buyers insurance provider which would invalidate my claim!

James and the team went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much or a problem, they were always quick to respond and solve everything as it came up. 5th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Fantastic service from Jamie at Bryan & Keegan while selling our house. We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward. I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking estate agent in the area who truly goes the extra mile, Jamie is your man. Thank you, Jamie, for all your help and support.
3rd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Like most people, I share a general disappointment from poor experience from estate agents in the past in communication and efficiency...however, Sims Williams proved us wrong and provided an excellent service from start to finish in both sales and sale pogression. Louise kept us up to date on a regualr basis with regards to the chain and was proactive throughout the process. Thank you Sims Williams.

31st May 2026 (22 days ago)I have been involved in 3 sales over the last few years, with various Southampton agents. Goadsby are far and away the best agent we have used. They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

1st Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I can’t fault the service I had from Fosters with our recent move. I dealt primarily with Jessie and Mark. They were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and reliable. Communication was excellent. Advice was on point. They were really proactive and moved things forward well, without ever creating any unnecessary stress for me. I would definitely use them again in the future and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.
